There was a bit of confusion with my prescription getting sent from another pharmacy and it was becoming a little bit stressful. I felt like Linda went above and beyond to sort it all out for me. I really appreciated it and it honestly made my whole day!

Love the service I receive at Eastland Amcal Pharmacy. They are so efficient at taking my prescription orders through the Med Adviser app. When I arrive they always greet me by name, and all the pharmacist in the years I have been visiting have been so knowledgeable, and have given great advice. Pharmacist Monid was also expert in giving my partner a flu shot and so caring. I have utmost confidence that the team will provide me with the best health care possible.

Great advice and help from the staff here. I went in to get my sleep apnoea diagnosed and treated. It started with getting a diagnostic machine hooked up to record my sleep pattern which Dani took me through and showed me how to use it. Once I got my results Monid showed me how to use the machine that I now use when I sleep and have had weekly visits to upload the results. There was a drastic improvement after the first week and I am sleeping so much better thanks to these two ladies. I cannot thank them enough for their professionalism and help!

Fantastic pharmacy and truly amazing pharmacist Monid. This year, during Covid, my mum fell and fractured her spine. On going home she has had a year of recuperation and many medications and specialists and changes to her medications constantly. Monid is nothing short of amazing. She is incredibly efficient, constantly communicating with me and my brother, has the most lovely nature and has made this situation so much easier to cope with. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Amazing amazing customer service. Popped in here to get a script filled as I was walking past. Pharmacist was soooop helpful, even giving me a few samples of some things to try to help my skin! Thank you so much amcal you've made my day!

I Came in looking for a specific product I had never used before, the staff at this store were very attentive to assist me locate it in their store and gave some really helpful advice about about how to use the product. Thanks great service

Lovely staff, EXCEPT THE LADY PHARMACIST ON went in to buy chlorisig ointment for a friend, reccomend by the doctor, the pharmacist then proceeded to tell me why I should get drops even though i wanted ointment and that she needed to see my friend before giving me anything. Then in the end didnt give it to me. Went to priceline, got what I wanted the staff were lovely and accommodating still asked all the nesscesary questions and gave me information in a non judgemental way, unlike the amcal lady, and I continued my shop.

A friend bought me an ear piercing spray from here about 3 weeks ago and I wanted to return the newly unopened bottle as I did not need one. I went in with the receipt and asked for the product to be returned, however, the lady at the register was unsure and asked someone to see if I could return it. She later came back to me and said the return had to be within 2 weeks of purchase. She said the policy of 2 weeks is mentioned on their website. I said my friend was told 30 days and I later checked the website which said 30 days also - including ‘change of mind returns’. The number of days for returns is not printed on the receipt and the lady also said the ‘manager and company isn’t very happy when they take change of mind returns after 2 weeks’ which does not sound like a concrete policy.

Update: I returned to the store a couple days ago and another lady told me their return policy was 7 days. I was now more confused about their policy as it was not written correctly anywhere. The lady also informed me the store had a change of name (and possibly all policies and owners too?) from Monday 12/12/2022 and said she was unable to help me because of this change. I explained the frustration as a customer, as the return policies were not clear and several different employees have given me different answers. I am disappointed with how the situation was handled and this will be the first and last time I will shop at Amcal.

Refused to give contraceptive pills. I understand the risk in taking such medication. However I work in the dental medical industry. I would have appreciated if “duty of care” and “dignity of risk” were taken into consideration and respected thank you.
