We stayed here for two nights last weekend and we are so glad we did. The cabin was spotlessly clean, quite spacious and nicely furnished. The owners of the park went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Great feed at the pub which was walking distance. Thank you Ash and Vicky we will definately be back.

One night stopover at Blackall Caravan Park. Great location, drive in and out without any problems. We have a large rig, so there was plenty of room to fit us in, also a plus, we had a drive-through site.
Amenities were lovely and clean. Huge camp kitchen, looks like a great place for HAPPY HOUR.
Very well maintained caravan park. $36 powered site.
We would definitely return once out that way again.

Enjoyed our 2 nights. Plenty of space for caravan, awning & car. Amenities are clean & there is lots of hot water due to artesian basin. Happy hour 4-6pm with entertainment. Close to town & shops.

Although several of my stays were fantastic and the cabin was great (clean and generous in size as well as pet friendly) there was one that didnt meet the previous standard.
Cabin 3 was old, run down, in need of repair and was very small and cramped. Given that it would house a family - it left a lot to be desired. It wasnt worth the price. Otherwise i would be happy to stay again.

When have you ever been offered a bath mat when you used the amenities in a caravan park. Never.
The Blackall caravan park does. What a lovely touch. A relaxing park to stay at. You get back what you put in. Debby is a lovely lady.

Establishment had a quick response for a pet friendly room query. Was able to book in fast and easy for a cabin with our pet. Advised them that we were going to be late as we were still a while back. They advised that it was no problem at all.

Upon arriving an hour and a half past closing time the staff were there waiting for us to check in. We were so grateful and happy that they went above and beyond their own time to make sure we were safe.

The price and the cabin was very affordable and I was happy with everything.

They explained the whole water situation on a poster in the cabin for us too.

To anyone looking for a night to rest ESPECIALLY with pets, I would highly recommend.

Thank you to the staff for being amazing human beings.

Squeezed us in as there was a fair in town. Have live music often in the late afternoon - a must if you like country and western music and gathering around a fire

We stayed at the park for a week just recently with my partner and 4yr old. Absolutely great place to camp at. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were provided a map of the time which highlighted all the great things to see around town. The new amenities block was amazing with the great outback feel. They had a camp fire at night which was great to warm up and chat to other travellers. Unfortunately they were unable to have camp oven dinners this year due to Covid 19, but we will definitely be back next year!! Thank you our pleasant stay.

Reception was warm & welcoming. The park had a country & western singer to entertain us in the camp kitchen while they cooked up dinner for those who wanted it. We had ours delivered to our cabin, then in to a clean, comfortable bed. Very spoilt!

Good little camping spot with excellent amenities and all at an excellent price. We came after closing time and got a great place right next to a very clean and large shower. Will be happy to come back and recommended to passing travellers.

Quiet. Lovely bird calls. Excellent amenities block, unisex with each having toilet, shower and wash hand basin. Fresh linen bath mats provided makes for a nice touch.
Camp oven roast dinner followed by damper and cockies jaw, fantastic.
Welcoming office staff.

This is one park that's very quirky, bits and pieces of nostalgia everywhere, large showers, big entertainment area, owner does meals, who happens to be a chef, coffee and touristy stuff, powered and unpowered sights. Call in and stay awhile, town only a stones throw away, lots to do and see!!

Really friendly little park, clean amenities and recommended by wikicamps. Happy hour is a great way of meeting people and pub type meals can be bought which was a great option for a change of food.

Had a DC2DC charger problem with the caravan so pulled in for the night to go on power. Well what a pleasure it was to meet Brendan & wife the temporary caretakers. Brendan went out of his way to help, check, read our manual for settings, tried many avenues of elimination and still had a smile on his face.
Very helpful gentleman who went away with a pack of Longreach Redclaw we gave him for his troubles.
Very clean tidy park with great amenities and camp kitchen facilities were spot on.
