Diligent mechanics and great humans. Avondale Autos provided prompt and professional service to us, which we greatly appreciated after breaking down on the return leg of an interstate roadtrip. Our insurer's tow truck had limited passenger capacity, leaving remaining family members by the roadside - Avondale Autos immediately offered their loan car for their pickup, as well as for the remainder of our repair. Thanks to their genuine kindness and efficient turnaround of a major repair, we were back on the road, to arrive safely back home for return to work and school.

Avondale Autos were remarkable in assisting us after our phone call to racq.John, the owner generously offered us a place to set up our van. Mark Kev and the boys worked on repairing our car with kindness and respect that is outstanding in a business these days. We werent locals and they helped and offered assistance to us which went above and beyond to us in a difficult situation. We were treated like people and not a number. Highly recommend this business and these great people.

Great guys at this shop. John (owner) towed my van himself, and when I learned the job would take longer than 24 hrs, shop manager Kevin gave me a lift into Bundy. They made time to inspect the vehicular with very short notice and had the parts ordered as soon as they knew the issue. Great support from these guys.

I recently broke down in the Avondale region and was towed back to this garage. They offered to fix my problem that day and I was very pleased with the quality and efficiency of the work. Would recommend.

We had a breakdown with our campervan close to Avondale and got towed into this place shortly before they were closing. We were allowed to stay for one night to get the problem fixed on the following day. There is not much to do around, so we decided to stay in that place while they were fixing it. They started fixing our car at 10am and we left at 5pm. We were able to watch them during the whole working day which was very inefficient. We got really unclear informations/updates what was going on during the whole stay. They spend maximum 3 hours actual working on our car and however they wanted to charge us for 6 hours. The boss got very rude and threatened us after we didn’t accept to pay them for 6 hours. We wouldn’t recommend if you want fair prices, but thumbs up for fixing the problem!

I do NOT recommend this company... It's not worth the headache and bad feelings. They are located 20 Klm from Bundy in a shed not prepared for car repairs, with obsolete tools and little to none knowledge of this decade cars plus the lack of communication makes the experience a night mare.
I wish I could give less than one star because my experience with this company over the course of the last few days has been absolutely horrible. I see other people comment on similar issues, with this track record, I’m sure people will re consider before going for “ the cheap option “ save yourself a headache find a car repair shop in Bundaberg
