Great staff, who really help with scripts and medication information, all Pharmacists are really nice and informative, and are really patient also, shall continue with my medical care here at PharmaSave Mountain Gate.

I love this pharmacy. All the pharmacists are so helpful and knowledgeable and the sales staf have just the right balance if helpfulness and leaving you to discover things for yourself if that is your wish.

Another advantage is that it’s set in the lovely strip shopping centre of Mountain Gate which has ample parking close to the shops.

I’ve always received friendly and exceptional advice and service from the staff here. Love the prices and they accept all credit cards which helps. Keep up the great work

I have had great dealings with them. If I have nearly run out of medication they have helped me out till I could get to the Doctor. It is always ready promptly.

Had a prescription that was filled by Ibrahim. Prescription had two products listed. Only one of them was in stock so that's the one I got. Ibrahim then changed the prescription (unbeknownst to me) to have only one . I call up a week later to fill the same prescription, hoping to grab the second product that (to my knowledge) was still listed.
Ibrahim took my call, was very blunt and rude. Telling me I had to go back to the doctors and that no, even though he'd
changed the script, he wouldn't call the doctor for 5mins. This all got to a stage where when I went in to try and fix this problem, I had Sharon, Ibrahim and either Michelle or Johan stand there and all barrage me at the same time. They were rude and accusatory, making ne very nervous and upset. Especially since I was just following what they had said. It's quite obvious that their knowledge of practice is astoundingly sub-par. If Ibrahim is indeed a qualified pharmacist, perhaps a refresher course wouldn't go astray. Neither would manners and respect, of which, these people have so little. Especially in my dealings with Sharon have I felt intimidated, less than and judged. I don't understand why as I've never been rude or loud or disrespectful in any way at any time. I feel as though my only option now is to contact the governing body for Pharmacists because no-one here is willing to discuss nor apologise for their mistake (in the first and subsequent places) nor for the way they spoke to me when I wasn't at fault.

Please be wary of getting Webster packs made as on more than 3 separate occasions, medications have been wrong.

Poor service. Won't be going back.
