I've been shopping at this store for over 10 year's now and I find other dollar shops don't come close to the range of items this store has.
I highly rate the customer service as I've needed assistance and they are only to happy to help and thats why I keep going back.

Good range of stock but try to not to deal with the male manager. He's evasive, doesn't listen to customers and looks through you as if you weren't there. Said he would look into what I was telling him. I could tell right away he wouldn’t bother. And he didn't. I feel sorry for anyone working for him.

Used to shop there all the time until today. Wanted to check my bags (which is 100% fine, I don't care) but the lady working the checkout reached into my bag and grabbed a hair brush that I had purchased at Coles with the Coles logo very clearly printed on it as it was a Coles brand hair brush.
As I said no problem with bag checks but you are legally not allowed to touch my bags, if you had asked I would have shown you my receipt from Coles.

Had a bad experience, if I could give zero stars I would as their customer service was 100% poor, I asked about a product from the Chinese lady who works there and she was rude and couldn’t understand English. Looked at me like I went to get the product for free, disgusting! And most of the the products are dodgy garbage,not worth for money.

You guys make me sick. $20 for hand sanitizer??? You should be handing it out for free to the elderly and disabled....
