Phenomenal! We purchased a ceramic water filter over 6 months ago and it has been the best purchase that we have made. Delivery was flawless, set up easy, and the water tastes absolutely amazing. We really notice the difference when staying at friends houses or hotels...and we patiently wait until we can return home and drink our filtered water. Can not recommend Durand enough!

I was given a water urn as a gift from these guys over six years ago. I couldn't be happier with the product. I got one of the smaller urns, but it's a perfect size and filters the water beautifully. I also love the look. The filters themselves last longer than I expected before needing replacement. Would happily recommend to anyone.

Awesome water. My friend recommended me to buy this pot. I was sceptical until I compared one glass of tap water and one with the Durand and the latter was 100% refreshing. I highly recommend this brand. I have had mine now for 5 years and it makes you want to drink water. I boil the full kettle the night before then in the morning when it is room temperature I pour the water into the Durand Pottery bowl. It is delicious.

Very honest and friendly people to deal with. The product does what they told me it would do and also looks fantastic in the kitchen. Easy to use, dont need to lug bottles around and No BS. My family, work colleges and friends are also happy they have switched over.

Very beautiful and high quality kombucha brewing jar. Very fast delivery and the packaging was perfect and safely padded for a fragile item. Comes with a kombucha brewing instruction and a covering cloth with elastic strap. Can't recommend highly enough for an excellent local business.
