Absolutely lovely staff members, never had a problem with any of them. Scripts are always dealt with quickly and pharmacists always go out of their way to help if there happen to be any problems. Always enjoy having a browse as well as they have lovely giftware and jewellery :) highly recommend

Atara pharmacy have been brilliant in making an oral paste to allow me to medicate my very fussy and hard to handle cat. Exceptional service and great pricing too.

Having previously experienced mixed reception here, I have revisited yesterday and must say that the experience was totally different. The approach by staff and pharmacist were terrific and very customer focused. thank you and best wishes, John

Please search around for better compounding prices I managed to find a cheaper pharmacy elsewhere which was $50 cheaper. The staff were very unpleasant today and very ubrupt will be going elsewhere

Great having a compounding pharmacy in the area however their limited opening hours along with not always having the compounding chemist available makes it very difficult to get anything from there.

Terrible. Not only did they take 15 minutes to fill our script, despite there being 4 people behind the counter and us being literally the only people in the store, I just noticed they incorrectly filled my partner's script. She was prescribed painkillers with 30mg codeine, but was provided ones with only 9.6mg codeine. For this to occur post-surgery, leaving my partner in more pain than necessary, is unacceptable.

I have had my prescription filled by this pharmacy three times thus far and ALL three times, no one ever contacted me to let me know that my prescription was ready. All three times, my medication would sit on their shelf for days, languishing, until I would finally call in and ask if it was complete. All three times they have no reason to give me for why this kept happening, despite having my correct contact information. They are careless. It has been an extremely disappointing experience with this pharmacy, each and every time. I will not be using them again, that's for sure!

Infuriating, unprofessional, apathetic. And, despite the comments below, I was never aggressive. I was frustrated that having called on Thursday and been promised a call back on Friday morning, this didn't happen. That is unprofessional, and reflects apathy, as indicated in my review. Nobody was even trying to investigate - two different members of your staff told me that there was no repeat prescription available for the medication I was trying to order, although the availability of the repeat had been communicated to me by the person who initially took my order (which was only partially filled) and our vet. Again, unprofessional and, again, apathetic. This was, indeed, infuriating. My fury was further aggravated by your staff member, doubting that I had indeed paid for the medication I was having to chase up for a second time, asked me to use my time and resources to photograph the receipt and email it. I was never rude, I was irritated and yes, I was abrupt. This is because when I use my time and money to order a medication I expect it to be delivered, and I don't expect to have to waste my time making multiple phone calls and dealing with people who don't care, and who act like they're doing me a favour. Your response to my initial 3 word review indicates that you don't recognise the poor service you provided, and therefore have no intention of changing it. Had you apologised or even acknowledged that the level of service I received was unacceptable, I might have felt differently about your business. Your response just shows me that the quality of interactions I experienced with your unprofessional and apathetic business comes right from the top.

They use to provide great service and slowly went downhill with each order. There was a few mixups here and there but otherwise everything was okay.

However, with our final order with them being incorrect and taking much longer then it used to (we had to chase them up!) . They gave and charged us for products that we did not ask for and had incorrect labelling on products. Manisha was defensive, rude and unhelpful in emails (they asked us to contact them via emails only due to incorrect orders in the past. Our last order was placed via email as requested and they still managed to get it wrong!) - implied it was our fault and took no responsibility - pretty much had to prompt them to offer us a refund on the product we didnt ask for! We also normally get our order mailed to us - so we had to get the extra expense of getting incorrect product back to them too! During all of this, there was not even a sorry for the mixup!

After all this fiasco, we have decided to go elsewhere instead.

Be warned there's a cocky, intimidating, arrogant pharmacist woman with shortish messy hair who works on Friday nights. Service was terrible.

NEVER TRUST THIS PHARMACY AS THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY AND PAIN MEDICATIONS, ESPECIALLY ELAINE CHAN AND MOST PHARMACISTS ARE EXCEEDINGLY DISHONEST AND TOTALLY UNRELIABLE
