Paradise Palms Resort

Stayed here recently for two weeks with my daughter, we loved it! Love the beautiful slice of land the resort is on, the cabin was well sized for it's price and the pool area was top notch.
In a super convenient location

Plenty of privacy and the staff were hardly seen but super friendly when when they were.

Only cons would be not having an easier contact for enquiries before booking as office is closed, super noisy from the motorway traffic, the games room was pretty old and the rooms walls and furniture were a bit dirty and aged/uncomfy.

Would recommend to everyone, and would definitely book again

We just had an amazing stay here. Bravo to staff and management doing an amazing job. The grounds here are immaculately kept and the bungalow layout is very unique and picturesque. We had an opportunity to see a few different rooms and recommend asking management to ask what upgrades are available if you are like us and just booked the cheapest available. We are very happy with our experience and highly recommend others to stay. Prior to staying we searched extensively and also stayed at a few other resorts locally. Paradise Palms is by far our top choice for value and setting.

Tranquil and private as grounds are big. Owner around but not intrusive. Available when needed but no where to be seen every other time. Really enjoyed our stay. When in coffs again. We will definitely stay here. And looking forward to what else the resort has to offer. As owner is in process of upgrading areas of resort which would provide guests with a much more enjoyable experience. Thank you for having us!

We stayed in a brand new (and I mean completely brand new) spa bure and all I can say about my complete stay was fantastic. The staff were lovely. The restaurant, which we were told has only been open a while and it looks new too, was to die for. The room was spotlessly clean and really spacious compared to normal motel and resort rooms. We could see the sea from our balcony and the big outdoor pool over the beautiful grounds and gardens. I am so relaxed after our 4 days, it was exactly what we needed and we will return. We booked it originally because it was such good value and now that we have been, it is even better value.

Golfing heaven. Resort-loved it. Staff very friendly and helpful, pointed us in the right direction regarding great car hire. We were in a great apartment. Close enough to Cairns, but not too close. Close enough to Port Douglas and Palm Beach, but not too close. We did not choose it for its food, though this was not too bad. We chose it for its golf, and the course does not disappoint. They have rejigged layout, challenging for all golfing levels. Proshop very helpful, however make sure that you have any vouchers confirmed, as communication from resort to course is...not so good. Otherwise, really recommend this as a great holiday destination

Beautiful and so much room to move. We have had a beautiful view from all our cabins and nothing like the normal hotel rooms, they are more like a little house. Our rooms felt private and quiet although the resort was full on many occassions. We have stayed on numerous occassions now and stayed in many of the rooms, depending on what we want to pay and what conveniences we are after that trip. The cheap smaller budget rooms are clean and fine but the many brand new ones are a real treat and if we are staying more than one night we usually book number 3 which is an executive open plan bure and i would put that room as a 4.5 star room above other resorts which are higher stars.

We were looking for bungalows for office party up to 15 people and this was the only ones left in Coffs Harbour for Christmas.
When we arrived there location was perfect.
We were there for 4 nights with 4 bungalows and we all loved it.
Kylie was so nice and we will recommend people to go there if you need to relax.

My husband and I, enjoyed our stay at Paradise Palm Resort. The staff (Kylie & Dani) are both lovely, very helpful and accommodating. We enjoyed the peaceful environment and the tranquility.
I have no hesitation to recommend this resort to all my friends or to anyone. We'll definitely use the Paradise Palm Resort in the future.

Went here for a wedding, i have nothing but great things to say about this place. The massive spa bath in the room i had was amazing along with the food they serve at the restaurant. It's a nice quiet little place to drop in for a quick nap or take a few days off and relax with the beach just over the highway.

I couldnt be happier with this place, and the lovely family working there.
The relaxed quiet atmosphere was just what we needed. The spa and pools were lovely, and the scenery surrouding them is perfect. The place is large enough to accomodate several large families, without disturbing anyone else (we dont have children, but we saw heaps and heard NONE!). I was surprised how little the noise travelled. I regularly travel to Coffs Harbour, and after several, almost traumatizing experiences, i know i will never stay anywhere but here.
Great price. Great staff. Great atmosphere. Great rooms. Great gardens. Great games room. Just GREAT. I could not reccommend this place enough!! The staff clearly spend a lot of time making this place what it is.

After a long trip down to Sydney from Brisbane for a funeral and then back again with a 3year old and a teething 9month old we were at our wits end we were just going to drive through but pulled over in front of this place and decided to go in and see if they had any two bedders and were really surprised when they said yes it was the Two Bedroom Bure when we walked into the Bure we were blown away it was nice clean and functioning we even let our bub crawl on the floor myself I could have lived in it full-time lol.

Even though the restaurant was not taking any more orders closed for the night they still made a pizza for us life savers to be honest.

We only stayed one night and paid $149 and it was well worth it and are thinking of booking it out for a few more weekends over the coming year.

Only negative is they only do breakfast on school holidays bit of a shame.

Its not 5stars but we were not expecting that.

Many properties at the site are Airbnb cabins and the Cabins that Ive seen are perfect for a clean, cosy, quiet and affordable retreat or an overnight stay. ALL YOU NEED IS YOUR OWN FOOD.m my

Absolutely in love. The bungalows are so cute and cosy. Clean and tidy property and great communication from staff . Definitely a great stay.

We loved it the owners were super nice and very helpful loved having the closeness of shops and activities like big banana and dolphins Marine Park... will definatley stay here again with my family and will recommend this park to alot of others

What a GREAt PLACE to stay Kylie and the rest of the staff where great. GOOD RATES . BEAUTIFUL VIEWS. CLEAN TIDE.and a BIG hats off to the gardener. ALL we needed for the FAMILY. A MUST FOR THE FAMILY LOOKING TO STAY FOR A WHILE IN COFFS. GOOD JOB .WILL STAY AGAIN FOR SURE. HAPPY HAPPY HAPPPY

Great family accommodation, lots of space, laundry, restaurant on the grounds , bungalows very comftable & roomy nice pool , only disappointed part was heater on the indoor pool was not working

This place is awesome! So chill and down to earth! Seriously telling all of my friends. Kids and I are more relaxed than we have ever been. I wanted aanuka.....I got PARADISE and am happy for it.

Luxury resort in a subtropical setting with two pool areas with spa & self-contained cabins.

Landed up the back and got the zip line for high ground.
Decent spot for loot.
Easy access to planes and lucky landing 👌🏻

Spacious clean cabin. Great value for money. Close to attractions. Warm friendly staff.
