The Black Pudding Cafe

The better half and I just had breakfast here. I had a build your own which I included two eggs scrambled, bacon, chorizo, toasted turkish bread and black pudding. The better half had the baked eggs and a side of black pudding. The food was awesome, the black pudding was slightly spiced just right. The bacon was yummo, the scrambled eggs were silky smooth and the chorizo was a nice one. No complaints about the baked eggs, they were completely finished. Oh we ordered a couple of iced coffees too and they were nice!! 9.5/10

It was definitely a great referral to check out The Black Pudding. my Granola Bowl was delicious. The Mrs had the crumpets for breakfast and she was very happy. We just wish we had more views of the river without the trees in front of it to feel more special. 😊😊. The service was excellent

Let's not get precious about staff not wearing masks and asking for vax certificates, like some reviewers. Perhaps Uber Eats should be considered if you're that way inclined.
Black Pudding Cafe is an early-opener that's ideal for brekkie, as was the case for us. Genuine friendly service, bloody good coffee and some of the best scrambled eggs we've consumed. Keep up the mighty fine work, guys.

Great for the dogs. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. And the food is awesome. Defs my go to place with the fur baby.

Ordered breakfast waitress forgot to pass it on to kitchen hour and a half later received our breakfast

Got the ploughman's platter to share which was definitely enough for 2, it included smoked salmon, ham, rocket/red onion in vinaigrette and the usual antipasto and cheese varieties. Ample bread both fresh and toasted to suit everyone's taste buds. The waiter was very friendly and knowledgeable. Also grabbed a large coffee priced at $5.5 and it certainly was a big one! the lactose free milk was $1 extra, which is a bit much i think. However, the mocha was delicious and well presented, it had excellent froth and a good coffee taste throughout as well as an aftertaste. I Highly recommend the Black Pudding to anyone coming through Echuca, it is our favourite cafe in the town (we have tried a few)!

The breakfasts here were incredible. Coffee was good too and everything was reasonably priced. Our dog was allowed with us outside which was great, and the staff were very friendly!

Visiting Echuca from Melbourne, we came here on a busy Sunday morning. Impressed by how quickly our food was prepared given the venue was at capacity, and the staff were simply lovely. No complaints at all, this is cafe brekkie food done really well with excellent coffee.

BLT Bagel 🥯 YES PLEASE!!! So good! The staff are all awesome and the food is seriously good I go for anything on there menu and their specials are great but it is really hard to pass up for the BLT for breakfast brunch or lunch! The joint is super clean and it’s always busy so if your in a group ring ahead for a table! But they always do their best to fit you in anyway! The coffee is awesome too! 10/10

My wife having worked in the industry for many years, is very critical, but this was great service, nice food, and friendly efficient staff, definitely visit again!

To the area we have tried a few places . The Black pudding has consistently produced perfect coffees and breakfast. Dare say this will be our go to place whenever we are here. The staff are friendly and efficient
