I always get great service here. My optometrist is always throughout the appointment professional and always willing to explain things in laymen terms. As for front of house service I am always greeted with the most lovely ladies... Again so professional and always happy to help and nothing ever seems a bother. Highly recommend Lavington OPSM

The optometrist, Tina Lin, is amazing. She has checked the eyes of all my family - including my children - regularly and always takes care, answers questions, is calm and highly knowledgeable as well as being very engaging. I won't go anywhere else.

The retail assistants on the floor are also fantastic. They helped me try on different frames, made suggestions, discussed what suited me and what didn't (and why, so what to look for in a frame) and were never critical but always honest. My experience here is always excellent.

My experience with OPSM Lavington was first class. I purchased a pair of Oakley prescription glasses and unfortunately when I received them, I wasn’t happy! They allowed me to exchange them for a different design – Free of charge. Amazing customer service. I highly recommend OPSM Lavington.

Optometrist was exceptional in the conduct of her exam and her explanation of the process and findings. Store was short staffed due to staff absences but the optometrist and Assistant Manager (who was filling in) worked well together to provide superb customer service. Well done OPSM Lavington.
