Willow's Leap Equestrian and Willow's Retreat Accommodation

We booked at Willows Leap for a girls weekend with our horses. Lyndal & Phil were fab hosts, the 3 bedroom cottage we stayed in was way nicer than our usual camping in our floats! Great beds, good size simple kitchen, huge fridge freezer. Pretty much all you needed to be comfortable. Horse yards decent size for a few nights stay. We had two xc lessons & we all enjoyed ourselves. Lyndal was knowledgeable & ensured we were all OK at the levels we were jumping at. Great pics by Phil who is also a very knowledgeable rider himself. We were made to feel comfortable the whole time & I'm sure we will be back!

Willows Leap is an absolutely fabulous place to stay with friends and your Horse.
The accommodation was homely & the most beautiful surroundings and the XC Instrution was fabulous.
Nothing was to much trouble for Lyndel & Phil. We had photos taken for us as well to remember our wk end away.

I spent a weekend here with some friends, it was comfortable accommodation and the hosts were very amicable and welcoming. We had a couple of group lessons that were excellent quality. Lyndel showed her impressive ability to remember everyone's names and horses abilities, and set appropriate exercises accordingly. Phil took amazing photos so we have real feedback of ourselves in action. I'll be back to build on this experience.

I absolutely LOVE riding at Willow’s Leap. It is so much fun and I always learn something new too. I have attended Willow’s Leap with my lease horse for a clinic, which was awesome. Lyndel and Philip are friendly, helpful, kind, supportive, accommodating and professional. Lyndel is a great coach, Phil takes photos and helps with the horses, maintenance and all manner of chores. Nothing is too much trouble and the atmosphere is relaxed, yet super safe with two medical professionals available to help, should the need arise. The property is beautiful and well maintained. My lease horse is injured at the moment and cannot be ridden for a few months. Lyndel has very kindly kept me in the saddle by allowing me to ride her amazing horses, for which I am most grateful. I cannot recommend lessons and clinics at Willow’s Leap strongly enough. Bring on my next ride here, I can’t wait. I only discovered Willow’s Leap this year and wish I’d discovered it years ago.

Willows Leap Equestrian and Willows Retreat are so worth the visit. We stayed at the Retreat in October and Lyndel and Phil are wonderful hosts. The house is lovely and spacious, with everything you need, and the beds are super comfy. If you're not used to solar you just need to watch the timing of your showers. If bringing your horse, the yards are very close to the house and are a good size and grassy. We checked out Laguna and Wollombi which are close by and worth a visit.
I've also had lessons with Lyndel - she is kind and encouraging and has definitely challenged me too. Love the xc course, plus there's an arena for flat work. A lovely peaceful property.

Fantastic facility in a beautiful location. Lyndel is a great teacher and they have some really nice school horses if you don't bring your own mount. A great place to spend a Sunday even if you know nothing about eventing like me!

Super encouraging atmosphere and great grounds. Lots of fun to go with a group, or individually for cross country exposure and general eventing practise!
