Walwa Riverside Caravan Park

First visit and will be back as soon I can.
One of the prettiest places/caravan parks I've ever visited.
Peaceful and right on the Mighty Murray River so you can swim ,canoe or go fishing .
Spotless facilities maintained by wonderful hosts Heidi and Kevin.
Short walk or ride/drive to a ripper country pub,golf 5 mins away and another pub as well !
For rest and total relaxation this is the place

Walwa caravan park is a divine place to stay. Beautiful grounds, close to river, friendly hosts, great showers and amenities, beautiful views, comfy beds, gorgeous self contained cabins , so relaxing and safe. I could go on !!!!

Awesome place! Super nice people, clean facilities, and lots of grassy spots—like 70%! Close to the river and shady areas. We loved it!

Great hosts Heidi and Kev, superb location on the River Murray, well maintained, great facilities and a courtesy bus to the Walwa Hotel. Highly recommend this picturesque, quiet location.

What a beautiful park on the banks of the Murray River you can fish from behind your caravan and catch plenty of Murray Cod as I did when we stayed Heidi and Kev are great very friendly and helpful the park facilities are spotless and a great camp kitchen we had a lovely time stayed 3 weeks and will return again thanks Heidi and Kev

Great CP on the river. Sites 1 to 9 back onto river. Very clean and neat. Great service. Won't find better.

A fantastic weekend staying here, we stayed in cabin 4 which has the seperate bedroom as well as ensuite, massive cabin! Well stocked kitchen with full amenities and heaps of storage space. Only meters from the river too.
Friends were staying in a powered site at the same time and were happy with their stay also.
Prices were pretty good too in my opinion

What a beautiful caravan park. Lovely grassy sites and stunning views. The amenities block, laundry and camp kitchen were all spotless. The entire park was beautifully maintained. Our hosts, Heidi and Kev, were the friendliest and most helpful couple we could ever hope for. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I cannot rate Walwa Riverside Caravan Park highly enough. It is certainly a little slice of paradise. Thank you.

Spent 4 days and three nights awesome little csravan Park and people running it friendly and always helpful. Do yourself a favour and come stay and use as a base to explore beautiful region

We dropped by well out of season and it was so nice and quiet, set right next to the Murray River. Very clean toilet & shower block, helpful owners that are only to happy to help with anything they can.
Would like to come back and do a bit of kayaking at this spot.

Really liked this caravan park/ campsite along the Murray River New South Wales/ Victoria boarder. Basic but good facilites including a camp kitchen and kids play area, great staff. Grassed camp sites amongst trees, views to the surrounding hills. The park is located right on the river and a short drive/ walk into Walwa town and hotel. Stayed outside of school holidays so imagine it could be a lot busier then. Would stay here again.

Awsome area to pull up for a night or more, great service clean toilets/showers. On the murray river.

An absolutely great park, right on the river bank (best stop of our trip so far) - hosts (Heidi and Kev) are fantastic - facilities immaculate and very nice grassed sites with ample space, most about 2mins walk to the rivers edge. Hard to leave somewhere, where floating down the river on a pool noodle and sitting watching the myriad of birdlife while overlooking the river, was the typical tough day🙂. Will definitely be back, but for longer.

Fantastic grassy powered site metres from the river. Owners very helpful with parking and an extra lead as mine was not long enough. Toilets showers good and good camp kitchen and BBQ area. Playground for young children and lots of tall shady trees.

This is an excellent spot to camp! Brilliant and very friendly management!

Super clean amenities, large camp lots and just on the river with multiple entry points to swim in or float down the river! An absolute gem

This is a fantastic little caravan park in the most faraway location. In fact, I’m reticent to tell too many people about! Best location on the mighty Murray, diligent and people-friendly operators, Kev and Heidi. Can’t wait for an opportunity to get back there.

Beautiful spot right on the river. Friendly and lovely owners. Good facilities, showers toilets, camp kitchen, playground. Setting is beautiful. Highly recommend . Nice pub up the road and general store.

Just spent 4 nights here. Site 9. Heidi and Kevin super owners/hosts. Nothing is too much trouble. Lovely smaller, quiet CP in beautiful lush and shady surrounds on the Murray. Amenities spotlessly clean. Plenty of bird life. Will definitely return.
