Beautiful place to spend the night on the Murray river
No toilets in the area

Word of warning: steep, unsealed and rocky entry. Not suitable for low or heavy vehicles. Perfect for 4WD camping. If it's been raining, the river can rise, so, use caution. That being said, this is amazing free camping, lots of spots, lots of privacy if the site isn't packed. Definitely a good spot for groups and families, but anyone will enjoy. Lots of deadwood for fires, 100% mobile reception.

However, there are NO TOILETS, NO WATER (river is not safe for drinking due to farming in the area), NO LIGHTING, NO SIGNAGE. Bring your chemical toilets or a spade! Place is very clean, very flat and a pleasure to spend a night or three.

Off peak? Never anyone here, the steep driveway will keep most who aren't in 4WD or experienced away.

Lovely quiet spot right on the bank of the Murray. Easy access for vans although entrance track is a bit rugged. Just take it slowly.

Nice spot , but the drive way is needs serious attention we were on motorbikes (road bikes) so it was a little rough. 🙄

Most beautiful free camp ,lots of trees fast flowing water in the river for a swim .
And very quiet only cows.
