Great food, great service, cold beer and a great view. What more could you ask for? Recommend

Im travelling Australia and eat out a fair bit and this meal would be the best I think I can remember. A special of Roasted lamb rump cooked to perfection, fresh green beans and fresh chat potatoes dressed in a scrumptious red wine jus. I ate it all! $28

What a gem in a great location. Staying in Scott’s head and with not many options, this popped up as an option. The drive was well worth it. Lots of different areas, large beer garden, indoor seating and up in the balcony. Service was great as were our meals. Pub has a tonne of character and chilled vibe to spend your sunsets at.

We have been here a couple of times now. The food was amazing both times. We decided to eat upstairs, it was so peaceful and relaxing. Such a lovely place to visit.

Thank you to Mikki for providing such amazing customer service. We had a miss communication when ordering our food and she was able to work efficiently to provide the best service and reassure us and got allt meals out at the same time. What a Pub.

If you get a chance and you are near by, get in here... great beer garden, and good food - may have to wait a while when busy for lunch, but the beautiful heritage building and space they have is great. We had 20 odd people with no booking in the middle of summer and found a spot. Kids can play and run around, parents can chill out and have a drink, and the youth have no reason to hate life in there! My mate Freddy told us about it, and the Swede is never wrong about things like this. Drop in and enjoy... i recommend the parmi (or parma if you are weird), top quality.

Perfect spot for lunch. We sat up on the balcony, and enjoyed the view of this gorgeous town. The menu is great, catering for the meat eaters, vegetarian and gf crowd, also a seperate kids menu that parents will appreciate. James Squire ginger beer on tap was a winner for me.
Across the road is a great playground for the kids to burn off some energy after.

What a delightful hotel with a picturesque setting in a quiet country town opposite luscious grass shaded land which borders the river. What more could you ask for. The food is excellent as I was served a delicious rump steak on a bed of mash potatoes with beans and cauliflower on the side and cooked to perfection. My mate enjoyed a wonderful chicken and pesto dish with salad and chips and he wasn't dissatisfied at all. I did enjoy a few thirst quenching Coopers on tap and they do have all the flavours for one to enjoy. The staff are very friendly and the service reflected the location. It's not often you walk away feeling so happy and content when you happen upon a new place that is a real gem.

A great find in a charming town. Hats off to whoever invested in this venture. Beautiful building Reno and the food is great. Sitting on the upstairs verandah looking out on the town.

What a pleasant afternoon at the Heritage Hotel. We sat out in the garden as we had out dogs with us. The food was very well presented and reasonably priced. I had the fish and chips and my husband had the Lamb Cutlets both meals very enjoyable. Our Friends also enjoyed their meals.

Located on a good spot overlooking the river, and serving some delicious food!
Definitely worth treating yourself to the Beef ribs if they have them as the special again.

Love it. Sitting here right now on the balcony with a bottle of Sauvignon blanc after seafood lunch overlooking the main street and river. The monthly markets are just beside the river & we've had a blast checking them out. Lovely old pub with beer garden. Check out the historic anchor. It belonged to the ship Acielle, once owned by the son of Anthony Hordern (Hordern Pavilion). It circumnavigated Australia and held planes to observe the coast from air.

To be able to bring my dogs already earns 100 points
BUT THE FOOD IS THE BEST
