ASSURE HEALTH ST ALBANS

I have had a very positive experience dealing with this clinic over the last 3 months. Dr Brendan Wu has been excellent. He has taken the time to explain things and listen and answer all questions I have had, and believe me I have had many! As someone who researches everything medical practitioners prescribe or recommend I have found Dr Wu always right on the money. His care has been first class. I would highly recommend Dr Wu to anyone looking for a good GP.

sam came across as very friendly and kind, felt like he listened to me and wasn’t rushing me out of the appointment or dismissing me like some other doctors do. my tetanus needle also felt like nothing. would see again :)

*edir, another time, roshan irani was rushed and barely listened, didnt try to guess cause of sore throat despite asking multiple times, just gave me script for soothing symptoms. language barrier (¿)

Love this clinic! The reception is nice and helpful. My GP Dr Taranjeet doing his job very well and respectful. Definitely gonna stick with this clinic for a long time!

Dr Sanjay Gupta, Director Assure Health Medical Center is kind, caring, and compassionate doctor who treated me during my visit to Melbourne last year. I found him extremely considerate towards patients, working hard for their holistic treatment for positive outcome. He is easily accessible which makes him more of a trusted friend than a mere medical practitioner. His welcome smile cures half of the disease & makes patient open his heart for the remaining half. I wish Dr Sanjay Gupta, his team & Assure Health Medical Center every success in their good work to serve the needy.

Best GP experience I've had at a Assure health clinic in the recent years I've been living in Melbourne 15 years and noticed doctors well qualifiedand experienced to find out remedies for all symptoms quicky.I always Got an appointment with short notice. All the staff were courteous and helpful, and I was seen at the time of my appointment. Dr Sanjay Gupta very experienced doctor and always give great advice regarding heslthy life style Highly recommend, now all my family members comes to this clinic and this will be my go to clinic in future.

I have been seeing Dr Youstena for a few months now. Helped me solve so many health issues. My children both see Dr Youstena always smiling friendly caring and is very thorough.

I've been a patient since January 2020 and still am, I had renal issues back
then, one day it flared up, very painful, made it there by foot, Dr. Gupta (Sanjay)
was amazing, even though he was busy he frequently checked in on me while
waiting for an ambulance, the informtion he provided for the hospital was
very thorough, this is his performance regardless of the issue, great doctor
and a nice guy too.
Stephanie is the only reception management I've dealt with in recent months,
she's a real sweetheart, even when she's busy or dealing with a difficult
patient she's still so nice and sweet and she'll have a chat with you if
she's not busy.
Overall I find this a great medical centre.

I have attended this practice twice and both times had very positive experiences. Little to no waiting times, efficient and caring doctors. Would certainly recommend!

Doctor Sanjay Gupta is a best doctor in treating the patients. I am seeing him from my pregnancy time. He is the best I can say. My little son also gets treatment from here. Without Doctor Sanjay, I can feel that life would be difficult here in Australia. He understands our concerns very well and gives the perfect solutions. Also, staff is very friendly. I can not praise this doctor enough for the help he gave me yesterday. I had received quite a nasty burn to my foot over a week ago. Since then it had gotten quite infected. I had seen 2 other doctors regarding this and they insisted that my foot was not infected. After being in tears and pain for the best part of the public holiday Monday. My Husband rang up this clinic, it didn't matter that there was no appointments they told me come straight in and Dr Sanjay Gupta will see me. He took 1 look at my foot and knew instantly it was infected. He swabbed my foot, cleaned and dressed my foot. put me on a oral antibiotics and appropriate pain relief. He gave me sound aftercare education. This doctor is 1 of the best doctors that I have ever met ( I have been a nurse for over 11 years so I have met a fair few) I would most definitely take my family and my daughter to this doctor in the future. I would also like to that the lady receptionist for being so friendly and helpful by offering me to come in despite not having an appointment. Credit where its due, the BEST clinic I have been to. well stocked of dressing products and very clean. 10/10. thank you guys so much.

Been having several complex complex issues and have gone at least 15 times since opening. Dr Sanjay is extremely helpful and listens whereas other doctors would have showed frustration. Booking is easy and reception are always friendly despite being under pressure when there was only one GP at the clinic which has now increased to 2.

Extremely impressed with the service as well as the cleanliness of this medical facility.

Came in on Good Friday due to my son being ill, my son was seen immediately and all the concerns of my husband and I were answered by the doctor.

To reassure us the doctor arranged the appropriate tests and when the tests arrived we were able to see the same doctor giving us the results.

On another note, the doctor did an amazing job of connecting with my son and I would recommend anyone to use this clinic as they see patients as a human being not another payment from Medicare.

Fantastic experience. I travel to visit this clinic because I get wonderful support and guidance regarding my complex health issues. Dr Sanjay is a very switched on Dr and has a lovely bedside manner. I've found it very difficult to find a good Dr over recent years and am so happy I have discovered this clinic. I now bring my family as well.

Clean, modern clinic, lovely receptionist but most importantly a fantastic Doctor. He listened to my issues and wasn’t dismissive of them as some Doctors seem to be. He was thorough in his evaluation and sent me to the appropriate professionals to get further tests done. He also followed up to see if I was OK and let me know blood results etc. For anyone who is unhappy with their current medic give Doctor Sanjay Gupta a go. I was extremely impressed by his professional but friendly manner. Monica.

Can't recommend this clinic highly enough!

Its convenient opening hours and location at St Albans station makes it easy for me to drop into on my way home from uni. So that way, I don't have to wait until I'm free on the weekend, or take a day off of uni to go to see a doctor.

Dr Gupta is a highly adept practitioner. He has an array of qualifications, experience and specialising areas (the long list is available on the screen outside of the clinic). But most importantly, he is an attentive listener when it comes to you describing your medical concerns, and he makes medical-talk easily digestible.

The clinic is open 6 days a week until at least 6pm every day, and no appointment is needed. And unlike other clinics in the area, when you walk in with no appointment, you won't be kept waiting for hours.

I highly encourage you to give this clinic a try the next time you need a visit to the doctor's office!
