They are simply the best.
I had 1 misunderstanding with them on my first visit and they resolved it beautifully. Ever since then they have done more than enough and helped with big snakes and dog emergencies more than once.

Overall, the vets are excellent. They've taken care of our pets for a few years now. Yes, sometimes things can be a little pricey, but we've got our moneys worth.

The Vets and Nurses have been wonderful with my Bulldogs. Really helpful, understanding and they did fantastic work on one dog who got really sick. I highly recommend them. The renovations have greatly improved the surgery. Take all of our animals there.

Unfortunately we recently had to euthanise our elderly cat. What is a very sad and difficult time for the family, I could not speak highly enough of the vet who provided the most professional, caring and empathetic service. I could not recommend them highly enough.

One of my guinea pigs got injured last night and I managed to get him seen at Moe Veterinary Centre today!

I have never been to this clinic before but Carolyn, Claudia and Felicity were all very kind and helpful over the phone to assist in arranging today's visit.

The veterinarian (unfortunately I didn't ask her name) approached me and my guinea pig gently and was very professional and knowledgeable from the get-go.

I started a timer on my phone after the veterinarian took my guinea boy inside the clinic. I didn't remember to check how long the consultation actually took, since the veterinarian and my guinea pig were already back with me with so soon (it felt like 10 minutes!)

The veterinarian proceeded to tell me what happened during the quick (but thorough) consultation; my guinea boy was given something for his pain since they identified a piece of hay lodged in one of his eyes and a potential respiratory issue.

I was provided instructions and the medication I would need to administer. The veterinarian advised me I could get in contact with them again if his situation didn't approve after the estimated time and/or if the situation got worse before then.

The payment process was painless; I paid via credit card over the counter and got my receipt/documents quickly. Whilst inside the reception area I noticed the clean layout and an array of products which were available (too bad I wasn't wearing my glasses to determine what they all were :P

BOTTOMLINE: If you live in Moe or even a suburb across, consider the friendly, professional, knowledgeable team at Moe Veterinary Centre!

You won't find a better team of vets. Dr Laura is the most kind and compassionate vet and has treated all our animals from our cats to our horses and we think she is the best and has the best team in her clinic. We can never thank them enough for the fantastic work they do.

Vets Laura and Monica helped our much-loved and ageing pug Riley go well beyond his allotted lifespan and we thank them for that. In our 10 years' experience (three cats and three dogs) of dealing with the staff there, they have been unfailingly helpful and very professional.

I have several clinics closer to where I live but am more happy to travel to Moe for the knowledgeable and friendly service that these guys provide, they genuinely care about your pets so I always feel comfortable leaving my furbabies health in their hands.

My little Maltese was rushed to emergency surgery after my other dog attacked her and we were away at our caravan, moe vets was so helpful and accomodating and let her come in 2 days later, Dr Stuart was really professional and seemed very experienced which put our minds at ease alot, we got the next appt time wrong and was very late to which he still let us come in and took his time while seeing her and didn't rush us off- Highly recommend Dr Stuart and moe vets, the reception team was lovely aswell.

Amazing service! Everyone is super friendly and caring. Great to know our dogs are in such good hands!
