Professional, friendly and go above and beyond to help. Zoe on reception helped me find a specific doctor who in the past had looked after my skin cancers for many years, but unfortunately had left the practice

Dr Dru Haywood and her staff are always professional. It is great to have a doctor who listens and makes you feel comfortable.The receptionists are all great ladies - very very ppolite and helpful.

Find that if you need to make an appointment they will do their best to fit you in ASAP. Service staff always smiling. When my boy was sick during the first lockdown a Dr. even came to our car for medical assessment.

Lousy small minded country practise, only interested in patients that live nearby

sat on hold for 1 hour to find out it was closed on Friday, maybe they should have a recording letting you know istrad of sticking you straight on hold saying they will be right with you
