Just ordered a Cordoba 25T ukulele over the phone from South Australia. They were so helpful over the phone, replaced the high G with a low G string for me , packaged it up securely and got it to the courier quick smart. I received it today after only purchasing it Wednesday (2 days ago) Great service. I’m so happy with my new instrument.

Ron has been an absolute gentleman in all my dealings with him. He has spent many hours investing in me as a person as well as a musician. The last instrument I purchased from him was a mid 80’s fender Strat, which I still have to this day. It’s my number 1 instrument still. (See attached pic) I can’t speak highly enough of his passion for music and his clients. As someone who is now semi professional I highly recommend this store.

Humble, friendly and approachable people in the store. In a lot of other music stores you can often find massive egos but not here- I’ve found particularly Chris and Ron to be incredibly down to earth and helpful, and don’t make you feel silly for asking questions!

Great experienced service making sure to match the right instrument to you. I had the wrong guitar from when I was young and if only I'd had this kind of service and advice I could have been loving it a whole lot more.
