We always get good service from Clever Patch, but last week was absolutely amazing - I placed a Mothers Day craft order at lunchtime on Monday, and it arrived at 10.30am on Tuesday. Amazing customer service - from the Clever Patch staff and the delivery company. Thank you so much.

Outstanding customer service! My 5 year old messed up his clock face drawing, so I contacted CleverPath to see if I could get a replacement picture to download. Hi there! Just wanted to say a huge thank you for sending our order of cardboard crowns so quickly last week. I only ordered on Monday morning and I received them on Tuesday afternoon. Gave me plenty of time to get prepared for the fun craft activity at our Kids Church on Sunday. The kids loved decorating and wearing their crowns. Really appreciate your friendly and efficient service. I love that so many of your products have Aussie content as well - we used lots of your Aussie animal stickers earlier in the year. customer service is great and ordering is easy, however it took more than 5 days to for us to receive our order within the same state as the warehouse!

Edited to say- it was a pleasant surprise to have the management contact us in person and apologize for the delivery company's bad service and the decision to move away to a better delivery company. Thanks Cleverpatch. you deserve 5 star for your honesty.

We are a very small group helping Home Educating families, so can't afford to purchase much! However, we are very impressed with the quality of items we have bought in the past, and the prompt delivery. Thank you for your great products and interesting ideas.....

CleverPatch has given my 6 year old daughter and I many hours of enjoyment; both together and when we host our "Craft Parties". We also love including kits in presents (birthdays, Easter, Christmas) and they are great for adding to the goody bags for my daughter's themed birthday parties. We have them available at our Farmers' Market stall to raise awareness about the importance of bees (mini bug windchimes, weave a bug, flower presses, patty plan flowers etc). We love the PDF versions of the e-books so we can take them when visiting Granny and others away from home. Keep up the terrific work team, you all ROCK!

The staff at Cleverpatch were able to take my order and get it shipped on the same day. They went above and beyond to make sure I received my order in time and even called on the day of delivery to make sure it was received.
