United Petroleum St Albans North (Pie Face)

Editing my review after another fine example of customer service from the guys at United servo, I was in a hurry today and stopped at another United service station on cnr of Furlong Rd and Percy st, I tried to purchase a $5o NeoSurf voucher for my uncle and was pretty bluntly told by I presume the actual owner; you have to purchase something else to buy a neosurf voucher, when I politely asked what the reason was for this, he replied; Because I get nothing for the purchase, I have rent, stock and staff to pay for I’m not doing it for you free! After purchasing a pack of juicy fruit and leaving it with him to enjoy without even so much as a thank you I decided to go to purchase the second voucher from the United servo/Pie Face!! In stark contrast to the attendants rude and obnoxious service from the other service station, I was greeted with a friendly smile and a “ Hello mate, how are you today?” From the attendant Rakesh, I was able to purchase the voucher with no issues at all, and was treated with a professional but friendly manner!! 5 stars again United, and thanks again for a pleasant experience Rakesh, and the other attendants that are all experts in the area of customer service!!!

I have visited the store at around 10 pm and asked the CSR for a pay safe worth of 250$. But the CSR replied that their manager asked to stop doing the paysafe transactions and was very rude in his reply. I asked him if there is any reason for the refusal and the CSR said he is working 7 days and is not allowing any paysafe transactions at all which is a lie as one of my friend brought it a day before. I have mentioned this to the CSR but he denied my request without even touching the epay machine. I said no worries while I’m going back but there is no response from CSR as he is busy on his AirPods🫤. Anyway I got it from other United store nearby but wasn’t pleased with the attitude and unruly rude behaviour of the CSR.
