Bought Bellissimo Duet 4000 nearly 5 years ago. Essentially happy but knew would benefit from a repack despite turning etc. Part of the guarantee. Went to the Sandringham shop and received the most courteous, personalised, honest and helpful service imaginable from Froncine. They collected Wed, returned it following Friday, great communication at all times eg called 30 mins before truck arriving. Mattress returned and feels as new. I would not hesitate to recommend service or purchase from Makin Mattresses. Big bonus is that it is a very longstanding, Australian family-owned company.

Fantastic service. Froncine was so friendly and helpful. Listened to what we had to say and showed us what she thought we needed. She was right. She explained all about the mattresses and then let us try them out for a while. She was not a pushy sales person. When we went back the following week, with our pillows, she was all for it. This led to us buying a Bellissimo mattress. Delivery was free - added bonus - and the 2 delivery guys moved my other mattress out and then put new one in. Slept on mattress for 3 nights and am feeling much better for it.

The delivery date was booked and we were messaged just before the delivery and guess what they showed up and also took our old mattress away.
We had our first mattress for over 15 years and the first few nights on the new one have been excellent. Once you have slept on a Makin Matress everything else us is a let down.

These are comfortable, quality, Australian made beds. Support them! Special thanks to the Sandringham store who went ‘above and beyond’ for me 😊
