Would give 0 stars if I could. I was sent faulty items, one of the faults was that the tag had come off the shirt and it had threads loose everywhere. I emailed the company and this was the response. “ I don't believe that you will have any issues with the tshirt where the tag has come undone. Unfortunately this just happens sometimes. I often remove the tags to make it more comfortable to wear.”
Definitely not what I expect when buying a brand new t-shirt which was not cheap either I may add.
Even though I was returning faulty items I still had to pay the return postage fee and was also not given a refund only offered a credit which is against ACCC policy. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
