One particular staff member, Gemma Amon, stood out for her unwavering dedication and genuine concern for the well-being of each patient. Her kind and caring nature shone through, making the entire experience even more reassuring. I was also fortunate to be under the care of Dr. Pho Pyae Sone, a truly professional and compassionate GP. Dr. Sone's expertise and attentiveness made me feel valued and confident in the medical care I received.

The center itself is impeccably clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable space for patients to receive the medical attention they require. The doctors, including Dr. Sone, are not only highly skilled but also possess a remarkable ability to make patients feel comfortable and at ease, even in the midst of potentially stressful situations.

While the center may experience periods of high patient volume, I can assure you that the wait is well worth it. The quality of care and attention you will receive from Dr. Sone and the entire staff is second to none. Their professionalism and dedication to their patients are evident in every interaction.

Dr Herrero is the most caring doctor you can find. The wait can be very long but when it is your turn, you can discuss all your concerns and you will not be hurried. You can leave her clinic with multiple tests and referrals to be sure everything is covered.
If you want on-time appointments, this probably wont work for you since some patients take 15-30 mins consultations and would push everybody's schedule further.

I’ve been seeing Andrew Farag podiatrist for a few months now and have found him very good. My painful feet have been relieved in a short time after suffering so long. He is always on time with appointments and very professional and helpful. Would highly recommend.

My family and I have been attending this clinic for over 13 years. All the staff are very helpful, sincere and care for the wellbeing of all patients. As they are always trying their very best to accommodate each and everyone of us, including walkin. There have been times when we've waited up to 2 hrs which is expected during very peak times. But, you must understand this is a minor issue when it comes to getting excellent care. The clinic has a Dentist, Skin specialist, Pathology and psychologist all in the comfort in the one building. What more can you ask for. Those who post negative feedback, you must remember that this is their OPINION not a FACT. Keep up the great work that loyal customers appreciate.

Dr Herrero is probably the best doctor I've had treat me. She actully takes the time and listens and doesn't just dismiss what you have to say and send you on your way. I can understand why there can be a bit of a wait time to get seen by her. Reception staff members are always lovely.

As a token of gratitude, I am very happy to share unto my fellow diabetic patients the exemplary professionalism shown unto me by my Diabetic Educator JOSIE AYAD. She is very wholesome and accomodating. You can feel her caring spirit. I can recommend Mom Josie to others with full confidence. The Western Family Medical Centre is so blessed to have her as part of its staff.

I had the chance to meet with our diabetic nurse specialist Josie Ayat first time today and she is the bomb! Full of energy and shows the care for her patients. She takes time to educate me with the best diet as well as closely monitor my progress. I am so lucky I am now inspired to bring my health back to 100% normal.

Dr. Loida Herrero is the best. I don't mind driving far and waiting for long period of time because I have full confidence on her expertise. I can be rest assured that my family and I will be diagnosed correctly as she always did and prescribed proper medication and treatment afterwards. She also listens, and she truly cares which are the most important attributes of a doctor for me. Despite being the best in her field, she is so humble and passionate about her work.

The best staff and GPs. Dr. Puno is one of the best GPs in Melbourne.

To those who are complaining about the wait times, you need to understand that this practice is busy because they are known for their great GPs and a lot of people in this side of Melbourne wants to see their GPs here.

Doctors and staff are very good and attentive.
Dra. Herrero gives you that extra care and will not stop referring you to get tests for proper diagnosis and refers you to good specialists if needed.
