Dr Adaeze Emezie has consistently been pleasant, reassuring, patient, empathic and a real pleasure to deal with. She has been very thorough, listens to my concerns and explains any issues in such a manner that makes me feel reassured of her professionalism. I understand that each person is different and some may require more time with Dr Emezie, so I am happy to wait to see her as I know she is just as thorough with me as other patients. I have seen her for many years during that time I haven’t experienced any abruptness or feeling that she’s too rushed to hear my concerns. Such a lovely doctor who treats me with the care that I deserve, the best.

DR Gabriel Galinder is the most understanding and best doctor I have ever seen. Suffered from back pain due to surgery a long time ago. He has always guided me in the right direction. The wait time is long but worth it to get someone who cares rather than someone who dismisses patients without a solution.

Great staff, great multi service options.
Dorveitch Blood collection staff are lovely. Couldn't even feel my bloods being taken.

Wait too long to see a doctor 📌

Turns out I got prescribed the wrong meds according to another doctor at a different clinic that I visited 3 weeks later due to not recovering at all after visiting this clinic.

Dr Galindo is great very professional, really listens and tries to get to the bottom of whatever health issue might be.
Only reason I gave the practice 3/5 stars is due to Dr Adaeze Emezie she is rude unprofessional & judgemental I would never recommend her for anything. ie. She started talking about my (3y.o) son's medical issue's with the receptionist in the reception area that was full of other patients before laughing about my parenting choices with the receptionist.

Wait time is really high. No matter what time your appointment is. Expect at least 30-50mins wait even if your appointment is only worth 5mins.
Very disappointed with their reception service and management of patients.

All the 1 star reviews for this medical practice are completely accurate. Very rude receptionist and uncaring lazy doctor who does bare minimum investigation of chronic illness. Had she have done her job the tumours on my thyroid would have been discovered a year sooner.

Reception staff clearly do not want to work there. As a fellow medical professional, calling about a professional enquiry, the woman who answered the phone was entirely disinterested in helping me. She barely said three words, mostly grunting and saying “yep”. It took me much longer to get, what should have been a very quick answer, than necessary, as she did not want to clearly respond to my question. Perhaps some additional training is required in customer service, and how to act in a professional capacity, rather than speaking like a bored teenager. I would lose my job over such an attitude.

The receptionist had a very unprofessional attitude, didn't answer my questions, kept doing her work, and had very awful behaviour. I strongly request her to quit her job if she doesn't like her job. Or she has to change her behaviour if she wants to continue her job. I never visited there again.

First and last I will not recommend people to go here ,took my old man to see Dr Gabriel Galindo, remember this is my old man first time here ,this doctor look so angry 😡 and when we got in the room and give him all my dad's paper from his old doctor,he read then he said oh I can't take him,I can't look after him because his got to many medical issues 🙄 but Hello why you became a doctor if you don't like it when patient have alot of medical issues,then he said his a part time doctor his got to many patients 🙄by the look off it you just don't want to check anyone,so horrible and rude ,the way he talks to us ,this is the first time we experience this kind of behaviour,and keep telling us to go to other medical 🙄if you tired of being a doctor,then do me a favour and take off your patch.
