While the shopping experience was easy, the photos are tricky. I ordered a Gold Canity light and it automatically came with these black sleeves pictured here. I was disappointed when I received the package and installed the lights, the customer service team have promptly responded and are sending out the gold ones. Fantastic Customer service and I cannot wait for the completed look. Will definitely shop with this company again.

I had a great experience with Fatshack, their prices were the best for the lights I purchased and I saved well over $100 for the two lights. Service was excellent, when I called to confirm order the lady was very helpful and polite. The order arrived in less time than I was advised and the Australia Post tracking app kept me informed. All in all an excellent experience.

We purchased 2 light fittings from Fat Shack and one arrived with the bracket missing. We contacted their customer service and was in contact with Meaghan who helped us instantly and we received our bracket within a few days. We were very happy with the service we received. Fat shack have been great to deal with! A few items were damaged when they arrived, (I’m assuming in transit) I let them know by email and had a super quick reply from Meaghan who hastily sent replacements. They arrived within a few days.

Great light fittings and great service. I've bought light fittings from Fat Shack Vintage on a number of occasions, and am always impressed by their range and quality. Here are some photos of my new office (a 1920s home garage conversion). It's still under construction but the light fittings inside and outside give it the 'vintage industrial feel' I was going for in design. I highly recommend this business!

Can't recommend Fat Shack Vintage enough! My lights and beautiful and suit my space perfectly. Easy to shop and click and collect. One light was damaged and couldn't be hung, and they were super responsive and I picked up the replacement a few days later. Will be a return shopper!!

I have ordered countless fittings from Fatshack Vintage over the years. It is one of my go-to's whenever I need something slightly different without the huge price tag. The range is extensive and being able to mix + match parts is a dream of every designer! They are quick to respond to any queries and are always really friendly and helpful.

We have purchased a few items from Fat Shack and have always appreciated the wonderful communication and the quality of their products. Special mention to Meaghan who assisted us in replacing a pendant that was unfortunately damaged by some tradies. She managed to secure the glass pendant without the fittings so we didn’t have to pay for the whole item.

A great choice of lamps to select from. My order came very quickly. Very good quality product. Excellently wrapped to avoid any breakages during delivery. I am very pleased with my purchase of my new lamp and would highly recommend Fat Shack Vintage.

We placed two orders with FSV and the process was very easy and seamless. One of the orders (2x glass light shades and socket cords) had a fault unfortunately. I emails some photos of the issue and Meaghan was very helpful to organise a replacement or refund. Meaghan has excellent customer service, both prompt and pleasant to deal with.
