So grateful to this clinic overall, to the admin team and Dr Chiranthi. My mum has come here for years and now my dad also comes here. Always a great experience, we leave knowing that everything possible has been done for the sake of my parents holistic health. Very friendly customer service over the phone when booking my appointment. I hadn't been to this practice in over 12 months, due to being well. Very friendly service at reception. Full waiting room, but only waited 30 mins to see my Dr who I've been seeing for many years.

Walk in appointment for an unwell 5year old. Receptionist was polite, professional and very helpful. Seen quickly by GP. Derrimut Medical has AAA+++ service for the local community

Dr. Asanka Samarakoon is incredible and a dedicated doctor. Not only has he taken great care of my health, but he is also lovely to speak with at every appointment. He is very caring and soft-spoken. It’s rare to find a doctor who combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality medical care. I highly recommend becoming his patient! Staff is very friendly and ensures that I am properly informed about my health and care.

Appreciation, for all the team members at Derrimut Medicals... thanks to Dr. Asanka for his professionalism & cooperation, the pretty reception lady who was continuously busy with attending phone calls & visitors (and still answered all the queries with a pleasant smile), and the nurse for the administration of vaccination... no wonder why they are always busy !!!

Very easy to get an appointment the same day at respiratory clinic. Doctors and nurses at the clinic are very helpful and polite. My little son was made very comfortable on his visit. It is very reassuring to have a facility which can be accessed when in need especially for kids with respiratory symptoms.

I found Susan at reception to be exceptional at customer service. I wish the world was full of more people like her.

Been going to this medical centre for 9 years. I've never had a problem staff are very understanding. Helpful when you ask for test results or anything else, also highly recommend Dr Naveen. When I've needed to see a doctor. I haven't needed to wait long. I travel 30 minutes to see a wonderful doctor that's all ways there when I need him.
