I just finished my medical examination here, and I feel really good about it. All the staffs were very nice. Especially Julie, who was incredibly professional and patient. She made me feel relaxed throughout the examination process. I will remember the exprience of this medical examination. Thank you so much Julie.

Have seen many bad reviews here but my experience was different. Went for a professional company required medical check up and everything was done as planned in less than an hour. Highly commendable staff and the doctor. Recommended.

My experience is that they are professional and courteous. I have been a patient of Dr Bodian for over 20 years, and she is a compassionate and astute Dr, whose judgment I rely on. Keep up the Good work.

5/5 for Dr Bodian for the way she worked the surgery for her patients receiving their covid jab. A wonderful medical doctor who cares about the welfare of her patients. No stress, just reassurance in what one should do in a time of uncertainty. Well done Dr Bodian. Helene Slee

I have being going to Dr Tanya Gabriel for nearly 10 years. She is a wonderful doctor. Tanya is extremely professional, knowledgeable and experienced. I would highly recommend her.

Very long wait times (up to several hours) when waiting to do medical checkups, but staff and doctors were friendly and accommodating and explained everything thoroughly, and place was clean and well-kept.

Called up a few times and was dealt with by receptionists with very differing client services.

One receptionist was very lovely and very helpful, but other receptionists were dismissive, blunt and left me even more confused.

The dismissive receptionists were clearly less experienced or just didn’t have the right character for their role. This made my process even more troublesome.

The kind lady alleviated most of my confusion and worries. She was also very supportive and cooperative. Ultimately, I was able to solve the issue after our call because of her terrific help. I hope for the receptionists to be more like her.

Customer service was good, but the doctor took nearly 1.5hrs for the consultation. When I asked the doctor why it took so long, she replied she was busy with something else.
I don’t suggest anyone to visit this branch.

Total time at this clinic for a cat 1 medical - 4 hours.

Appointment time 10.30, did my fitness/hearing/vision testing and it all went quick and easy. Waited approximately 30 minutes to be called for a blood test. No problem at all regarding this.
Started waiting at 11.30am to see the doctor, went to the counter at 12.30 to be told that there is 1 person ahead of me and will be 20 minutes. I had been fasting and missed breakfast and dinner to I went next door to eat and came back (within the 20 minute period) to have been told that the doctor had called my name but I was outside and missed it. (Call log time stamps were exactly 3 minutes from when i got the missed call until when i arrived back at the clinic). Was told I would be next person to be seen (this was had taken place at 12.50pm).
Went back up to reception at 1.30pm and asked how long left? Was told that my file is with the doctor and will be up shortly. Went back up again at 2.10pm to find out once again what is happening. Receptionist went to the back and doctor came out and called my name. In the office the doctor asked me what time I had come back. I had told her 3 minutes after you called me, i had been waiting here since 12.50pm. I then asked her if any of the staff told her that I was back to which she answered 'no, i wasn't aware you were back. I had your file cancelled as we thought you left'.

Finished my appointment with the doctor and went back to hand folder to reception staff. I asked the reception staff 'who told the doctor that I was back?' she opened the computer and clicked a few things then said 'sorry, there must've been miscommunication with you and a couple other people who left the clinic while waiting'

Imagine constantly being told it wont be long and then having a total wait time for 3.5 hours? This is not acceptable. People have things to do and cant be waiting around for hours on end just to find out that it was a 'mistake/miscommunication' and that the doctor could've seen me at 12.50pm instead of 2.10pm.....

Took me 3 times to book in because no one knows what’s going on. Unfriendly receptionist.

The place it self is clean and professional looking.
