We had a kitchen installed about a decade ago in a rental property. Subsequently we discovered the range hood was installed at the wrong height and was therefore not legal. The Macu team fixed the issue very professionally. Great work!

First visit was eye-opening nothing too much trouble.

Be sure to triple check all details before proceeding. Paid for removal of previous cabinets. Tile was cut out, installation of new gyprock left a lot to be desired. Cabinets seem to be of decent quality, but we’re installed and left with mud on most of the interior surfaces, Mac U installation tradie did mention it was from the trailer but didn’t bother to wipe down before leaving. Permanent texta left on bench tops and minor damage to pre existing wood finishings. Initially we’re going with sourcing our own plumber and sparky, when having trouble securing these services we informed Mac U to be basically told the day before install not my problem and given phone numbers. Upon raising concerns post install we were told to get a plasterer. Quick to send invoices which were paid promptly. Good range of colours and design options.

poor customer service unless its a big job

Thanks for the response. Unfortunately you missed the point. There were no budget concerns or financial constraints mentioned on my part in our conversation. As you did not supply a quotation for the job.
Being told unless I was prepared to spend $2000.00 or more for a 1200 x 600 splash back that I was "WASTING YOUR TIME QUOTING" was the issue. Given Macu Kitchens supplied the granite tops for this kitchen not that long ago it was a surprising statement.
