I love going in on Tuesdays, its the same 2 girls that work and they are always so friendly, especially a girl who's name is Alex. Their customer service is always on point and their drinks are made to perfection every time. I am never disappointed when I go in on Tuesdays for my thai milk teas which are the best I've ever had.

ChaTime Brimbank has shown to provide excellent and fast customer service as compared to others. Staff were friendly and reliable in terms of drinks being made efficiently and well. Will definitely be my to go to.

I dont know how the others managed to have a bad experience because everytime I go there, the customer service is great and the workers are friendly! My order is always how I want it and I never had a bad experience since the time it opened. In my opinion this store is waayyy better than Watergardens.

Was served by an older lady, she was warm and friendly. I ordered their milk teas a couple times but sadly the powder always wasn't completely dissolved.

I don’t know why everyone is complaining. You can see how busy they are all the time and they are going as fast as they can. They are trying really hard to keep up and still have to put on a smile even though they are tired. I applaud them . Honesty the best Chatime around.

The tea is always great and the service is exceptional. The people taking the orders are always very nice. The variety of tea is really great. Thanks for great tasting tea and for very friendly service also.
