It was dealt with in a simple supportive and uncomplicated fashion. I dealt with Adriana with respect to the process of returning the incorrect cartridges.She was prompt in her response to me, supportive and offered me various options from which I could chose the path which best suited me. the professional and prompt service I cannot fault. They had cartridges that were no longer available at Officeworks. I ordered on a Sunday and it was on my doorstep by Monday Lunchtime.

The printer I had ordered was no longer in stock as Brother had suddenly decided to take it off the market. I had already got cartridges in stock and really wanted that printer. The staff tried their best to find that model with their other stores in the state to no avail. Theysearched online and found somewhere else where I could purchase it. luckily I was able to do that.
They immediately refunded my money and wished me all the best with my purchase elsewhere. Although I was not a customer anymore they still treated me as one. Very happy and when I am in search of a new printer, Cartridges Direct will be my first port of call! I am also telling my friends if they want service go to Cartridges Deirect
