Doctor Trang is one the best doctor I know. She is very gentle and understanding. She tries hard to listen to patients. There is always a suitable answer to any problems I have.

Dr Trang is excellent for removing my daughter’s stitches.

Bác sĩ Trang là bác sĩ Việt có tâm nhất mà tôi từng gặp. Bs Trang là người phát hiện sớm bệnh Lupus ban đỏ cho tôi - một căn bệnh rất nguy hiểm đến tính mạng (trước đó tôi đã đi nhiều bác sĩ nhưng thường thì chỉ được cho uống kháng sinh, rồi bệnh vẫn nặng).
Có thể đôi lúc bạn ko hài lòng vì bác Trang hay cáu😅, nhưng đằng sau đó là một người bác sĩ có tâm nhất mà tôi từng gặp. Tìm ra gốc ngọn bệnh tật chứ ko khám qua loa. Biết ơn bác và chúc bác luôn nhiều sức khoẻ và niềm vui trong cuộc sống ❤

THE STAFF ARE SO NICE AND FRIENDLY.
IT OFTEN TAKES ME 10 To 15Mins TO WAIT.
THE FAMILY DOCTOR IS SO ENTHUSIASTIC.
SHE GAVE ME SOME PRESCRIPTION AND IT WORKS.
THIS IS MY FIRST CHOICE FOR FAMILY DOCTOR ADVICE.

I love the way Dr. Trang explained and helped my problem. Straight on point.
Idk why people gave so many complaints about her .guy at front rude i agree tho.

Nice VN clinic

Pretty lazy doctor who didn't look over me and just handed over a shifty unfilled med certificate and prescribed codral.

Really very bad. My appointment was at 9am. And 10:30am the doctor still not showed up. Receptionist couldn’t bother to give us an apology or explanation. A bunch of people was waiting and frustrated. Someone asked why the doctor is so late and when we will be seen. “I don’t know. Traffic!”, the receptionist said. Wow what an explanation. Some people and I left. And you know what this is not the first time. I had left to wait like 3 hours twice before in their Sunshine office. And a lot of people there complained that this doctor doing like that all the time. That is very irresponsible.
In addition, I saw the sign “only tell doctor one problem per appointment” in their office. Health problems are usually related to each other. Telling one problem might not bring out the big picture about your health your body and so your problem might not be solved completely.
I thought that my file is already and been monitoring for some issues, and not many female doctors around here. So I came back to them even after the appointments in Sunshine. And I came to St Albans clinic this time with a hope that things will be nicer. Unfortunately, still very bad.
And I won’t come back there anymore.

Dr Trang is irresponsible and unprofessional. Showed no respect and no concern when the patient had a systolic blood pressure of 155 mmHg. Found it absolutely disgusting that she, a doctor, was ignorant enough (and in a condescending tone) to call me "older sister" in Vietnamese when I could be her daughter. Would not recommend even if she was the only available doctor in the area.

This is the worse —- Dr crazy Trang she talk rude….. I said I have sore throat she said is this real. She is stupid dr why don’t she check my throat…… don’t ever come to this dr Trang hopeless 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Really bad. This place doesn't care about patient's concern. They just want many patients as they can . Always too rush. I think i never can stay over 4 mins in the treatment room.

Bad experience with female doctor although I had heard something about her in this clinic. I will never make an appointment with her any more.

Theres a reason why I haven't come back here in years. I desperately had to see a female doctor for a breast concern and Dr Trang was the only person available urgently (I looked all over surrounding suburbs). Booking in appointment to see her is like asking for a gaslight session. The audacity to say "I have other patients waiting" after 3 minutes into my time. Did she forget I am also a patient? It's my turn. I also had to wait too. Seriously? Left the appointment crying because I can't stand being talked to like that.

There's no 0 star so had to give a one. Doctor Tran Nguyen sucks. She doesn't know what she's doing. Where did she get her medical license from, a cereal box? I went to go see her about my eczema but only to have her laugh at me and call me flakes. Horrible experience. Would not recommened.

Consulted with Dr Trang Nguyen. Unprofessional, unethical, no safe practise utilised. Rude in demeanour, does not want to facilitate care whats so ever.

My foot post treatment from Dr Trang Nguyen. Remains severely infected, she bandaged my foot so tight to the point there was no blood flow or circulation. I don’t want to get into detail but please avoid at all cost for your own safety.

Today I this clinic, it was like a supermarket and not a health care service? They overbooked or doubled book patientsfor the same Dr and appointment. The Dr don't care about your health instead want go gone quick for the next patient. I wonder if they are the health carer or a business person? I just wondering if any inspector from Medicare check on them. Let the Today Tonight or any media to explore these cases.
