Picked up our gear after 4pm day before rental starts. Fast service and staff ensured that our snow boots fitted nicely. Assured us if it doesn’t ride well, come back for a smaller or bigger size.
Ask us about our preference for our ride before deciding on our board size etc.
would rent again when we are back at Hotham.

Our first trip to Hotham was plagued with issues and the team at Hoys were fantastic helping us through everything and offering advice.
Jess at the Hotham store is an absolute credit to the company and provided some of the best customer service I've experienced - I'll be a return customer.

Had a fabulous experience picking up our kids skis here. The staff were quick, and brilliant fun. They showed our kiddos how to put boots on, how to walk like a penguin in them, found skis with Anna and Elsa on them for miss 4 (star wars also available!) and generally just had a giggle with them. Would DEFINITELY recommend!

Wow, we recently hired clothing, ski equipment and chains from Hoys Harrietville and Hotham for our family holiday. The service was incredible, highly recommend Hoys and will be using them again.

Great staff and quality gear. Hired boots, boards and bindings from here for 5 days, the staff was nice enough to teach me how to put on my new gear, and my snowboarding friends noted that the gear was in great shape! With they online discount, it was only slightly more expensive than hiring from Melbourne. Plus, no need to transport your gear up and down the mountain.

Friendly staff. Good sense of humour. Helped our group rent exactly what we needed and even picked out matching coloured gear for our fashionista friend. I will definitely hire from Hoys Hotham again.

Totally friendly and helpful. Could not have tried harder to get us all sorted with our gear - especially the teenagers in our group who had no idea what site size they were etc etc. Personal service and genuine interest in what we needed (and also how our day went at the end of it)

Located in an ideal spot for quick collect and drop-off + friendly service and reasonable prices (checkout website deals). Aaron and Euan offered a great service and were excellent to deal with. Tell them Benny Hill sent ya!
