Great customer service. Was assisted picking out a pair of ASICS runners, the staff member who helped me was educated and friendly, he was a great help.
The other staff member on the register was also very helpful and friendly and was a pleasure to be served by him this afternoon.

Had a super delightful experience with Matt from this store! Not only was he well versed with his product knowledge about treadmills, but he also took the time to go out of his way to assist us with loading the heavy machine into our vehicle. I was in your store today to purchase a acupressure massage ball. I asked the young lady Bethany at the register for some help. She was so nice and went above and beyond for me. Fantastic experience on a busy boxing day sale. I wanted to buy under armour shoes and was looking for some good deal. Luckily I managed to get it at rebel on boxing day. The sales rep Kelvin was very friendly and spent time in ensuring we were happy with the shoes we were buying. He also offered us to trial other brands so we had no doubts for the purchase we were doing.

Helpful and easy but not pushy. They are politely suggestive with helpful promotional info. The blonde lady at the register and the young blokes on the floor are good staff. Love you guys. Regular shopper at Rebel. Especially for kids school items. Many thanks.

Well laid out store but light on staff, it appeared there were only two people on at the time, including the person at the register. I had to leave and call them later for assistance. They were friendly to deal with over the phone.

Was a great experience for me and the family. A very great team running the place on a Sunday with awesome customer service. Cheers for helping me on picking out the right shoe sizes for my 2yo son and having the shoes wanted to be delivered when you had none left in store :)

Everytime i shop here, everyone else has been absolutely awesome as well to me but Nick really did stand out. I am very happy with my experience at this store. The staff here are incredibly helpful and understanding. The variety of brands are good enough for the location.

Bought 2 PTP Powertube Elite Extreme yesterday and they do price match with other store with same product so regardless of price they sell excellent product with great price.

The staff were so helpful, even holding onto all my other shopping while I went and got an aldi trolley for my mini haul.

I came into Rebel Sport needing help with my Garmin watch. Nick approached very quickly and was very helpful. Second to this, Steph was able to assist and go above and beyond to ensure that my watch was fixed and usable again. Couldn’t be happier with the outcome and experience. Kudos!

Past times I’ve shopped here, The Staff have been nothing but Helpful & Friendly. They make you feel welcomed & make shopping there a lot more fun t just hang around & shop a lil longer. Would Highly recommend to Everyone.
