I desperately needed a new mattress but wasn’t looking forward to shopping for it. I had read some great reviews about a certain brand that was available at Chiropedic and was impressed with their range of great quality mattresses, prices and that they have products made in Australia. Ramon was very helpful and knowledgeable and gave me time and space to try the beds until I was satisfied. I’m so happy with the mattress, base and pillows I bought. Have had a perfect nights sleep since.

I purchased three beds from here and all beds are fantastic! All Australian made which is a massive deal for me. And to top that up the customer service is so pleasant and so lovely. Love our mattresses. I got the bamboo mattresses for my younger boys and the 9 pocket zone firm mattress for myself and husband absolutely best mattresses. All my family members have also purchased their beds from here.

I wouldnt bother with any other bed place. Honestly, if your after quality this is your bed shop.

What a great experience (and relief) to actually have a sales person who can demonstrate such great product knowledge and service, delivered with patience, minus the hard sales pitch. Alex was a pleasure to deal with and I was extremely pleased with him taking the time to show me so many different options before I finally settled on the first mattress he showed me! Ramon draws from his many years of experience to service his customer. He is knowledgeable and has been very patient in showing us different options and explaining pros and cons. At the end we use the 100 night exchange to swap to a suitable mattress. He is a great asset to the company.
