We spent just one night at the convent and wish we could have stayed longer. Our room was lovely - comfy bed and lovely high ceilings. We had an amazing hearty dinner and great help-yourself breakfast. Staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. The pool was great too! Would love to return sometime.

Well done to Mandy who met us at reception on the Friday and guided our stay the entire time our club was there, there was never a no, it was alway yes and nothing was a problem, a fantastic person to be in and around the business, Sarah was the weekends cook for us and she did a great job cooking us a lovely meal on Friday night, the bread and butter pudding was the stand out! Saturday night was a great Christmas show with turkey and beef with roast veggies and plum pudding and brandy custard and cream for dessert. The breakfasts were made to order and were quick to come out. Loved our stay, loved the people, they made the weekend!

Beautiful place, very modern with a touch of history and country. Rooms are very clean and well looked after. The nightly dinners are very tasty and you get a decent size. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend for those travelling through to have a stop over.

A group of nine of us spent 5 days at this amazing place. Owners and staff all made us very welcome and accommodated us in every way they could, including finding wildflowers and historical spots.
The meals were excellent and there were plenty of areas at the accommodation where we could gather.
Dallwalinu and surrounds are a major grain growing area today, but there is also a great deal of history in the area if you wish to avail yourself.
All our group would recommend a stay at this very historical and comfortable Guest House.

Friendly service. Great rooms. Off the main road so it could be missed if youre unfamiliar with town.

What a beautiful place to stay . Beds and pillows are super comfy . I had a room inside at the end near the shared bathroom which I did not mind at all . Felt like it was only me who used it . Queen bed , mini fridge , good size tv and air con in room . Ample parking . Beautiful dinners . Only got to stay 2 nights but I definitely recommend it . Oh and I lost my two way and thankfully they found it n will be posting back to me . Thanks Liz and staff.

Surprisingly comfortable place to stay! Very clean rooms. Decent food options and staff were efficient and friendly. Was a great stopping point on a drive inland. Limited parking, but if you arrive early enough then you’ll be okay.

Thanks team, really enjoyed the stay!

Have been here twice with a big group of friends and absolutely love the place and the people here!! There’s a big indoor entertaining area where you can turn off the normal lights and just use the fairy lights, totally stunning, would be so good for weddings! The building is historic and nearly 100 years old, it has a heap of character while still being maintained well. I highly recommend you go upstairs just to have a look. It’s the CRAZIEST steep staircase, and check out what the bathroom used to be (hint: it’s written on the door). This place is just so fascinating!

Historical accommodation with great staff who really went out of way to help out with our large group. Thanks to all the staff.
Rooms are nice and cosy. Good dinner options. A lot of the bathrooms are shared, however they are well maintained. Nice and quiet at night.
Recommended accommodation.

We had a beautiful stay myself and 3 young children- we played mini golf, had a pool tournament, had a swim, got local take out dinner and relaxed by the fire, it was a lovely stay in such a well kept historical building, rooms are lovely and clean, showers are great, staff are lovely, very tranquil also great wild flowers in the reserve across the road!! Plenty to see and do while relaxing amongst the red dirt on our outback stay in WA!
Owners make you feel very welcome, we will return again, great to refresh in such a beautiful rural town, known for wattle & wheat, locals are also lovely!

Such a friendly and luxurious place. Steeped in aussie wheat belt history and the owners are amazing. Great yourself if you can to this place and you will not be disappointed. There is an absolute love of what they do and when we turned up with 6 kids there was no problem at all. We will return....... maybe without the 6 kids next time

A huge & very sincere thankyou to Kirsty & all her awesome staff. The hospitality & friendship you provided to our Avan Caravan Group was second to none. Wonderful lounge room with log fires for our delicious morning tea & again for our quiz night complete with soup & bread rolls.
Could not have been better & again, thankyou. xx
