To say that the team went above and beyond does not do it justice! I had a medical package delivered. I was not home at the time so could not sign for it. I rang the team and let them know it was urgent, I needed to take the medication urgently but could only pick it up after I finished work on the Northside at 5pm.
Alex and a couple others, I cannot thank you enough. You stayed back minimum 45 minutes so I could take my medication that night. You were not paid for it and you didn’t have to. But you all did. You are all honestly great humans and you still continue to help me every chance you can. Alex, You are an absolute asset to anyone you work for, outstanding man and I can not thank you enough. Every time I see you, I thank you because you really don’t understand how much I needed that medication that day.
Here we are again, couple months later and you have helped me every step of the way again. Tears fill my eyes because I am forever so grateful and I appreciate you all at Jimboomba Post Office!

My attendance at the Post Office was to apply for an urgent passport, in order to travel overseas, to attend to a serious situation, involving my sister, who had suffered Fraud, following the death of her husband. On both occasions the customer service and professionalism of Renae and all the staff were first class.

Great help with my kids passport applications. The man had patience although our situation was complex, very busy shop. Got our passports within 3 weeks! Thank you guys
