Big Valley Campsite

What an amazing farm stay. We had a beautiful shady site with power and water. There are activities galore for the kids, including Guinea pigs you can hold and sheep you can feed. The hosts are so welcoming and helpful with tips on places to see around Margaret River. Could not recommend more highly if you’re in the region! Thank you again for having us.

We stayed for 3 night this past weekend and it was beautiful. We asked to be moved from within the main camp area to the Long Paddock which suited us better as had a more country feel to it. Owner was so accommodating. Kids weee so happy. They have an awesome tree with heaps of rope swings on it and the Guinea pig cuddle station was a hit. Live music and a food truck made Saturday night a breeze along with nice hot, power showers at the end of the day. Will be back for sure.

Fantastic caravan park. We tend to avoid caravan parks as much as possible, but this one was probably the best we have ever been to. It has a great community vibe, heaps of wholesome activities for kids, super friendly owners/staff and the best facilities of any caravan park I've been to and would definitelyhighly recommend to anybody in the area. The review below about overflowing on the long weekend was due to international visitors turning up late on a long weekend with swags and no where else to go. Given the family/community vibe of the place, of course the owners let them set up in the visitors car park otherwise they would not have anywhere else to go. Well done to the owners and glad they could be so welcoming to international guests in Australia

Loved this camp site! It is really well maintained, very clean showers (hot water) and toilets.. kitchen areas and seating were great. Toilet paper and soaps were always well stocked.
Loved that our big fur baby got to go off leash at the dog run.. lots bags for dogs clean up.
Lots of things for the kids to do, including sheep feeding, Guinea pigs, green grass to play ball/cricket on.. climbing trees with lots of shade.

Our camp site was very large in size, easy to peg down the tent and had easy access to power and water.

We stayed 2 nights at the farm and I would reccomand it. Good vibes and the park is huge and well share. Showers and toilet always clean and working. A big all open camp kitchen. The farm is quiet and you can relax all day long.

Dog friendly camping on a working farm in the middle of the bush. Friendly atmosphere, spacious sites and a great location are just a few of the things we enjoyed about our stay. A real gem

Stayed on a powered caravan site in the “Long Paddock” for two nights on the way further south. Friendly and helpful staff, clean amenities. Nice level site on green grass with great views of the trees along the creek line. Bought some nice fresh free range eggs from the office and they also have their lamb meat for sale as well. Close to Margaret River. Highly recommend Big Valley for a relaxing place to stay.

Excellant campsite. Had live music and a food van near the camp kitchen on the lawns Saturday/Sunday night which was a lovely surprise. Potable Water/power hookups - cute Guinea pigs and noisy rooster

Loved my stay here at Big Valley. Friendly and helpful staff, very clean amenities, nice shady level camp spots, and clearly well maintained. Such a relaxing and peaceful country feel with cute little lambs, chickens/roosters, beautiful birds, and even guinea pigs for the kids. Also loved how close it was to Margaret River. Would stay here again.

Lovley experience staying on a working farm. Chickens roaming free, guinea pigs were very cute. Very friendly on arrival and was a nice touch to personally escort us to the site. Clean facilities.
Would definitely recommend staying here when in Margret river. Great location too!

Absolutely love this place! We stayed for two nights in a powered site. Facilities were clean and extensive, hosts were great! Especially loved all the free range chickens and birdlife around the camp and how far they go here to minimize waste. The live music and wine tasting in the camp are such a nice idea too, we had an absolute blast!

The two young girls in the office are amazing. Kate gave me the most lovely tour around the property upon my arrival. When I asked about the region had to offer Kia took the time to map out the entire Margaret river region for us which made our margs experience impeccable. Will definitely be coming back!

The shop sells their own eggs and meat which tasted gorgeous.

One of the best camp sites I’ve been to! Great facilities, friendly owners and a lovely setting with lots of sweet animals roaming freely. It’s also in a great location, close to both the town and the beaches. Highly recommend a stay here when in Margaret River.

We were travelling Western Australia and stayed here during our time at Margaret River. Lovely place, deffo recommend. Really nice campsite. Very clean. The two girls at reception were so lovely and helpful, really made us welcome. Stay here if you are staying in Margaret River!

Great spot for a base to explore. Would be great for kids with the farm yard animals. Katy was amazing and the service was superb. Great amenities, awesome water pressure. Nice flat site. Highly recommend.

It has all sizes camp sites even the big caravans. Really friendly staff & great camp kitchen. Good for children who would probably enjoy feeding some of the animals there & big area for them to play in

It was a great place to stay with the farm noises and animals. It had good facilities that are in character to the park.
We stayed in the “long paddock” which was good but you do need shade from your own vehicle. Other sites in different areas had mostly ample shade. We loved the star filled sky of a night and the noises of the farm animals. Great place.

Big valley is an amazing campsite with everything you need and more. A farm setting with all the trimming and the most delightful family and staff. We highly recommend big valley campsite

Great value for money! Large amount of space, large sites & very clean amenities. Lots of farm animals about... Also dog friendly!

We even bought some lamb chops from reception that were great!
