Recommended Café serving really good coffee with non dairy options. Wholesome and delicious snacks (Raspberry & Coconut pictured) including GF, DF and vegan options. Full kitchen with Chef for breakfast and lunch. Efficient, pleasant and friendly staff. Great cafe by itself, but is co-located with the International Visualisation Centre function space.

May 2021, the bean & leaf has “come of age” with a pleasant sophisticated vibe now. Still great food & coffee

A mug of spot on coffee, tasty meal with fresh ingredients and much more super friendly service. Plus calming interior setting, definitely worth a visit.

Acoustics: 3.5 stars - pretty good, as long as their music is low
These guys make a great coffee, and the menu always looks interesting.
The owners are nice, and will often want to chat.
A good place to just drop in to, but you may also find yourself here for training or meetings, using their venue-for-hire.

Omg I love this place I live down the road and I always go to the black eagle to eat thier delicious bacon and egg rap. And every time every bite is so good. So delicious .

The chef and the staff are so lovely so warm and welcoming to the second you walk to the time you leave. They have great customer service.

To the owner you should be proud of your staff

Great food and Great service.
Stopped in for brunch had the eggs benedict and holloumi burger. Food was delicious and service was outstanding, very friendly and accommodating staff. Definitely recommend this place. We are looking forward to our next visit.
