We blew a tyre on the drive from Coral Bay to Exmouth. They came out and replaced the tyre to get us back on the road and saw that our other tyre would also need replacing due to wear. We dropped our campervan into their garage the next morning and it was ready to go in the afternoon. The team dealt directly with our rental company to sort everything out - great service!

We had a big job to be done on our Amarok. Kim, Mason and the rest of the team were fantastic. We were consulted on the best course of action, given a quote and during the repairs we were kept up to date with the progress. Recently my Hiace broke down near the lighthouse so I googled Exmouth mechanical repairs and called this company. The advice over the phone was possibly I’ll need a tow so better to join RAC roadside assist and get the towing included in the fee then covered for the next 12months. It was a long day waiting my turn in the queue and that is to be expected in a remote location. Kim arrived and yep battery dead-dead and probably the alternator too but needed to tow to the workshop to test. That done and back at the workshop at 510pm (they close 430pm), Kim put in a new battery in and van started fine but alternator not charging so that needed replacing. Obviously can’t be done tonight but they had all of the parts and it was ready to go by 11am then next morning. I was prepared for bill shock but pleasantly surprised to see they charged less than the mechanics I have used in Perth and I didn’t have to wait a week to get the job done. I highly recommend this group.

Had issues with my car last Friday arvo (always on Fridays 🤣) I managed to get there without notice and the team was very helpful and managed to fix my car super quickly. Much appreciated , highly recommended

Really friendly service, diagnosed cause of "Service Engine Soon" warning on our Ford Ranger and fixed the problem on the spot. Ford service in Geraldton was useless over the phone and the other local 4WD service centre had no time for us - "booked out until November". Really grateful to be back on the road with issue resolved.

Our transfer case broke whilst towing our 3.5 to caravan into Exmouth with our Landcruiser. None of the other workshops were willing to help or even look at it. Kim and his team were very obliging and took our vehicle in the same day to confirm the fault. They sourced a replacement transfer case and shipped up from Perth. The replacement arrived Friday afternoon and the vehicle was ready the next afternoon. Cannot recommend these people highly enough. Great customer service

These guys are Awesome - after Pilbara Toyota failed to change my unroadworthy brake pads at a service these guys squeezed me in and even arranged a pick up and drop off for me from the caravan park so they could complete the required work . Pricing was excellent as was the quality of work - I thoroughly recommend them for anyone seeking any work on their vehicle as they have a great workshop and very obliging staff.

5 stars. Really helpful and honest. Work shop and shop is immaculate clear and organised, which is a good indicator at how they run their shop.

My car went in for swivel hub rebuild but they found other issues and let me know about it. Mechanic showed me the issues and kept me in the loop if I wanted it done at the same time.

Would recommend them happily.

What amazing customer service. We had road side on Easter Monday and were told we needed to get the turbo boost problem seen properly on Tuesday. We took ourselves to the garage just after 0800 and were told they could do an inspection about 1000. We returned and waited for the news which we were expecting to be bad. Lucky for us we were told the problem appeared to have had gone away and were advised we should continue with our travels. That wasn’t the best news either the engineer said no charge he hadn’t taken that much time. Many thanks for fitting us in so quickly and not charging us for the diagnosis. That’s amazing customer service.

Really recommend this service. Our campervan broke down near Exmouth. The towing service was effective and friendly. They then fixed the van in just a few hours, allowing us to continue our journey safely and quickly. Communication was easy. Thank you to the team!

RACQ Queensland arranged for Exmouth Service Centre to diagnose our car engine fault at the caravan park we limped into. They identified the fault, and arranged for and repaired the 4wd within 4 days.
Their front office, retail space, staff presentation, obvious experience, and workshop facility are straight up top notch, a genuine credit to them. We were kept informed of progress, the repair cost was very reasonable, and our travelling almost uninterrupted.
They turned what was going to be a likely stuff-up into a memorable travellers experience. What more could you ask for?
PS. They have a well sorted spare parts section too boot.

What an excellent crew they replaced our fuel pump so we could get back on the road, thankyou for the professional job. Getting us back on the road, so we continue our way.

Booked into check for possible rear main seal leak and after inspection found no leak from the rear main seal. We received quality customer service and Repco Exmouth were a great bunch of people to deal with. While travelling around Australia you can only hope that when you need help you get quality and that we did at this Repco shop. Well done guys and thanks again for your great service.
