I had long avoided seeing a dentist because of a past bad experience which made me fear the dental chair. However, I decided to book in with Dr Noor and Lauren at Mount Waverley Family Smiles. Dr Noor & Lauren were incredibly welcoming, warm and patient with me, I felt genuinely cared for. She was very gentle with me and I no longer feel afraid to go for my future check ups and cleans with her. I highly recommend the team at Mount Waverley Family Smiles, I will tell everyone in my circle about them.

I want to say a huge thank you to Dr. Omaira Noor and her team member Lauren for their patience and diligence in relieving my urgent dental pain so drastically and speedily. Words can not express enough of my gratitude. Dr. Noor was extremely professional and knowledgeable - she’s truly one of a kind. My case was very complex and I was in so much distress but her unrelenting kindness, care and superior skills have saved me big time from this unfortunate vicissitude.

I swapped from my dentist of more than 30 years to Omaira a couple of years ago, and while I loved my old dentist very much, Omaira is an exemplary replacement. She always takes her time to explain and make sure that I both understand and that I'm comfortable with my treatment. Always making sure throughout my time in the chair that I'm not in any pain and taking the time to stop and make sure I'm comfortable. She doesn't rush you. Would highly recommend Omaira and her very capable assistant Lauren to anyone.

I had an appointment with Dr Omaira a few weeks ago for a check up and clean. She made me feel really calm and went above and beyond to make my experience a good one. She also took the time to answer any questions I had and explained to me how to take care of my teeth. I would highly recommend Dr Omaira to anyone!

Dr. Omaira is the most comprehensive and caring dentist I’ve been to. She will take her time to explain everything to you and make you feel comfortable. Even my 3.5yr old has been happy to have his teeth checked a couple times. Highly recommended for the family.

I've only ever had good experiences with Dr Omaira Noor. I've never felt the needle or pain during treatment. My new front teeth look amazing and very natural. When my toddler had a filling (needle free), not a single tear. Her manner with children (and nervous mums) was exceptional.

I have now been seeing Dr. Omaria for 2+ years and my teeth have never been in better health. Dr. Omaria is passionate about prevention and good oral hygiene and through her gentle, informative approach, she has taught me how to properly care for my teeth. Dr. Omaria and Lauren (dental nurse) will always welcome you back with a smile. I could not recommend the team more!

Thank you very much to Dr Omaira for treating me on Saturday even after her clinic hours. I was having a sore gum and wanted to get a prescription for an antibiotic. When she examines my gum, she noticed that I have a periodontitis problem that caused my gum to swell. She was so patience and took the time to explain and showed me the videos on how to take care of my oral health. I am so pleased about her level of care to patients and really thankful for her care to me. I am so grateful that I found her. She is friendly and cares a lot about her patients. A great doctor!

I have never had a better experience at the dentist. Omaira and Lauren have done an amazing job fixing up the damage I have done to my gums and teeth as welll as educating me on how to look after them properly.

Absolutely recommend. Omaira goes out of her way to go that extra mile. Had a crown refitting done and have it re-adjusted two days later to get the right fit. This shows exemplary customer care: after-sales follow up to ensure that the client's needs are met.
