His service, advice, professionalism was exceptional. I had gone to a few other Jewellers in Melbourne initially to look at options and James’ customer service was unmatched. He was able to make custom rings and provided plenty of great options within my price range.

I just realised that this sounds like a paid advertisement after i typed it 😅.
I had to praise Lawrence and Temelli team for treating us so well and with so much respect even though our purchase may have been very small compared to the many expensive pieces they must be selling on a daily basis.

Me and my wife were so lucky to find Temelli Jewellery shop just by chance one day as we were checking a few other Jewellers to get a Diamond necklace done urgently. No other shop was able to give us a worthy necklace within our timeline while being in our budget. Lawrence and the team went above and beyond to work with us and tailor their signature piece to our budget. Lawrence was very welcoming, patient, and was even willing to push his own team to make it work for us.
Lawrence kept giving us updates about the necklace every couple of days, and with our busy schedule, he made our life a bit easy and one less thing to worry about.
And yes, as promised, Temelli delivered amazing piece on time and with better specifications than what we were promised(they delivered with better clarity stones and higher CT than initial agreement).

We would definitely only be going back to Temelli for any jewellery needs from now on. You will not get a better deal anywhere else or find someone like Lawrence who goes above and beyond to make sure you leave absolutely happy with your purchase.

After purchasing our engagement and wedding rings from Temelli 10 years ago, I wanted to complete the set with a matching ring for our 10 year anniversary.

I first made contact online late at night and was contacted promptly the following morning. I discussed with James over the phone and was assisted with correct sizing and matching style from their files from our previous purchase. James sent photos of options via text and was reasonable with price.

The ring was ready on time and the follow up service has been very helpful.

I got my gold chain repaired in under one hour! Most incredible service I have witnessed in many years!

From our very first "walk in" meeting with Lawrence we were made to feel very welcome at Temelli's!
Lawrence's customer service was excellent, he clearly explained the process of choosing the diamonds for the ring we were looking to have made. His knowledge and enthusiasm when it came to selecting the 'right' diamonds gave us confidence that the vision we had for the ring could be achieved.
We then met with the designer Laura who took the time to listen to our ideas and then brought to life via sketches, a unique trilogy engagement ring that we thought would be truly stunning.
Lawrence kept us updated regularly throughout the time the ring was being made and when it came time to collect the ring we were certainly not disappointed! Temelli's craftmen produced what could only be described as a spectacular trilogy diamond engagement ring and we commend them for their efforts and attention to detail.
We couldn't be happier with the end result. Thank you Lawrence and the Temelli Team for creating such a memorable experience for us and a beautiful piece of jewellery.
