Milk Shack

Visited about an hour before they’re due to close. We were served promptly and the girl was very patient while we were taking a while to decide on the flavours.
Ice cream was delicious. But we were wondering why the single scoop in the cup differed so much is size from the single scoop in the cone. The one in the cones seem so much larger.

Tried lavender gelato and mango sorbet, both were nice. It’d be even nicer if they offer ice cream tasting, so that I can try more favours before deciding what to order

The Turmeric Latte and Ice cream are fantastic here! Love the design and layout of the shop and the awesome sorbet flavours. There is my favourite Choco mint too!

Milk Shack has a great variety of ice cream flavours, sundaes, and milkshakes.

I recommend the passionfruit sorbet and the orange poppyseed gelato.

Great ice cream. Large portion. Good price. Environmentally friendly (wooden utensils and cardboard cups used).

Staff are so nice. Service was lighting fast, even when very busy and served with a smile. The ice cream selection was huge and so delicious. We got strawberry and salted caramel. Exceptional!!

Lovely place with great service. Giving it 5* bcos they allow ANY flavor to be made into milk shake! It’s a huge serve of more than 2 scoops of ice cream and we love the dark chocolate sorbet. It’s so hard to find places that serves dark chocolate milkshake!

Will be perfect If they allow tasting but to me, that is not a deal breaker!

Not only the ice cream is superb but the service was amazing and the most super kind ice cream shop. I have autistic a child and non verbal.
So it was so difficult to find out what really he wanted.

We bought ice cream on the cone and he had a meltdown because it wasn't what he wanted.

So they give us a cup and spoon because we thought he wanted I've cream in the cup.
But it wasn't.

Then,they gave us free cone and he was super happy.

10 minutes later he dropped the ice cream cone and cracked it. He threw tantrum again.

My hubby went to the counter to get new cone and they gave him for free again.

This is not about free ice cream cones but about how patient and how kind they are for having such as a difficult and difference customer.

We are thankful for them.

Great icecream, good texture and flavour, with stopping by. Best of all, they accept EFTPOS / PayPass now!

Ice cream flavours here aren’t necessarily the most exciting (though there is an extensive variety), but the friendly service by staff more than make up for it!

Enjoyed our scoops of ice cream, they hit the spot on a warm day. The kid's scoop was very generous.

As for the negative reviews re: tastings, these should not be expected just because it's in a wine and tourism region. Some vendors do experience gouging by tourists who taste with no intention to buy so totally understandable.

Delicious ice cream and tons of flavours to choose from

One of the best ice-creameries that we've ever been to. And we've been to a lot. So good that we went several times this week. Not sure why there'd be bad reviews. Don't need a tasting as they're all good. Generous serves, reasonable price, friendly young man serving, friendly owner, eco tub and spoon, kids playground with pretend cows to milk, shaded seated areas, grassed area, and a short bushwalk for the kids. What more do people want for their delicious $5.50 icecream. We tried the salted caramel, wildberry, double choc chip, honeycomb, and mint choc chip. Also the raspberry, dark chocolate, and lemon sorbets. They're all great. Thankyou

Delicious ice cream and so many flavours to choose from. Excellent picnic area with benches & tables dotted around the grass area. Great children's play area. Lovely, short, bush walk in the grounds too. A place not to be missed when in the Margaret River & Cowaramup area.

Managed to order some yummy ice cream right before it closed. It was a lucky find as they had Millers ice cream and the original Millers ice cream place was closed all day. Highly recommend the chocolate brownie ice cream.

Yikes, I think people need to calm their farms about there being no tastings. You're buying an ice cream, not a house! I chose the Dark Chocolate Sorbet and it was bloody delicious! Staff member was also polite and asked me how my day was. :)

Only one of the best places to go for a good ice cream. They have a wide selection of ice creams to eat as well as having really friendly and polite staff. I love coming here every time I come down south, I always visit this place! I highly recommend them!

The ice cream here is fantastic. I make my own regularly and make a point of eating it in every place I travel and this is up there. They have an the usual flavors, but for me the Marscapone and Fig is the winner.
