It’s actually the old school house, not the homestead. John Livingston had this built on his land so his and the local children could be schooled in 1894. Teachers were Miss C. Miles and AM Riddock

A pretty old ruins, well hidden and secretive. Kids will love exploring this.

First road aways before the railway line , dont take the long walk there through the woods like google says.

Use Benara HD line Rd in then the very first pine plantation row turn left, it's around 500mtrs down the track on the left hand side of the road.

We spotted several tiger snakes on the way in and on the way out so be vigilant and loud, site was very very overgr
