ecoMaster - Thermal Energy Efficiency

Brilliant product and brilliant customer service.
I have only dealt with ecoMaster online but the service was exceptional. I used their kits for blocking up disused heating vents and by following the video instructions it was so easy to install.
When I got to the return air, mine looked different to what was on the video so I contacted them online. I received a reply within 5 mins with instructions on how to close my return air, they even advised I need a few extra pieces of insulation and arranged these to be express delivered to me. Such a great company - thank you!

Great customer service, super quick delivery, very easy to handle and install. So much better than the old fibreglass batts I was replacing. Doesnt irritate skin, and are very easy to tear into smaller sizes(if you watch the instructional video first) . This is the 3rd or 4th ecoMaster product we have used, they are all 100% perfect.

Recently enquired about a product they sell called Renshade. What a difference this easily stuck on to inside of our west facing windows, has made to temperature inside that room.

Very friendly, and helpful. They didn’t try to oversell to me. They were very patient with questions and they have some great diy videos which are easy to follow.

I had sub floor insulation installed in the accessible part of our home several years ago in March by Ecomasters . They did a great job, and the difference in how our home handled the hot march weather was immediately noticeable.
I very much recommend doing this as a great way of lessening one's heating and cooling bills.

The team at ecoMaster are fantastic. We had underfloor insulation installed in extremely tough conditions (rain, wind and even some snow). They did a brilliant job and their installers are professional, friendly and hard-working. Will definitely use again and recommend to others.

I'm so pleased with the work that Luke, Gerry and the lads did in sealing the gaps and installing the underfloor insulation. The underfloor team managed to get 100% coverage despite the very small space, and were finished by lunchtime on day 2! Champions!
I was also very impressed with Luke, who went above and beyond, staying here late making sure that the draft proofing on the sliding door was top notch, despite facing a 2½ hour drive home from up here in NE Victoria. I really appreciated his professionalism and dedication to the task.

A very positive experience, from the initial assessment of our place and its insulation and thermal performance, to the installation of the roof insulation that we ultimately decided to go with. Throughout the process, the Ecomaster was flexible and very helpful in addressing our questions and suggestions. The installation itself went perfectly fine - Gerry and his team were on time, did a great job and left the house in a beautifully clean state.

This is a great product! Their website has thorough installation instructions and good information regarding insulation properties. Customer service was awesome, hassle free, to the point and very friendly. After installing their underfloor insulation myself I can say that it is easy, mess free and robust compared to other products. This company is very professional and I would highly recommend using their product.

We were so pleased with the whole insulation process - efficient and clean. The best part - we came home to a locked up house, where we normally had to open the doors to let the breeze cool the house down, and this time, we had to keep the door shut because it was so much cooler inside. ecoMaster have recently installed underfloor and ceiling insulation at our house and completed draught proofing. We are so pleased with the results so far and can't wait to have the ecoGlazing installed. It has made such a difference to no longer be able to feel breezes inside the house on cold windy days and the heat retention of our house has improved well beyond our expectations. EcoMaster has been fantastic to work with. From the initial contact through to the report and subsequent support and advice, and the materials we bought for some of the DIY work, everything has been top-notch. From quotation to installation and repair of damage my experience with the team at ecomaster has been fantastic. Communication was clear and timely, the installation team arrived on time and completed a very good job in what was a difficult ceiling space to work with. Even if part of the ceiling was demaged during installation the team was extremely apologetic and took the necessary steps to repair the demage.
