A lovely campsite on a dam. Very easy to find if you have any navigation skills whatsoever. Sits just off the fire trail and is well signposted.
Plenty of wildlife seem drawn to the water hole. We saw a huge monitor lizard (that was checking our campsite for any scraps), an emu that went for a drink and swim in the dam (never seen that before), a couple of kangaroos that were surprised to see us, along with heaps of birds flitting up and down drinking from the dam.
No water nearby so you'll need to carry it in (and no toilets so be prepared to dig).

I went here for an overnight camp with my kids. The trail was VERY poorly marked as with the entry to the campsite itself, marked with a tent and an arrow... used google maps to make sure we were on the correct path. The track there was not a nature trail rather a fire track bulldosed about the width of a highway.... will not be back.
