Lake Breeze Wines

I made reservations for 10 to have wine tasting and lunch a couple of weeks ago. Yesterday we finally made our way there for a Langhorne Creek day outing. As I brought along our pet Cavalier, we cannot sit inside but we were offered a nice half shaded big table just outside the tasting area. We had the wine tasting first and David, who served us was very knowledgeable and friendly. As we tasted wine by wine, we also placed order for our lunch as well. Most of us had the fillet steak whilst the others had the pork belly, the steak pie, the salt and pepper squid and the Vietnamese chicken salad. The wine tasting continued as we ate our lunch. Every one likes what they ate and our compliments to the chef. Overall it was a great afternoon at the place and all of us enjoyed ourselves and will definitely come again for another lunch outing in the near future.

One of those places you wish you knew about earlier. It’s a beautiful drive through the hills to get there on sweeping roads and only 45 minutes from Stirling. The colours this time of year and views from the restaurant area over the vines are spectacular. And the food fabulous. We had it with matching wines. The 2017 Blanc de Blanc was a great start. Be back soon.

The staff was genuinely welcoming and hospitable. This was my second visit, and everything was so satisfactory, especially food! I highly recommend the chicken breast.

We needed a Langhorne Creek venue that was offering something more substantial than platters and pizzas so we ended up at Lake Breeze Wines. The staff were lovely and the winery is gorgeous! There was plenty of space between tables which was appreciated as we were a large group that had not caught up in a while. The food was excellent. The wine tastings are a must as well.

We decided to stop here as we where travelling through Langhorne Creek and what a great stop it was.

We had a platter for two that was absolutely delicious and filled my self partner and daughter, washed that down with a couple of local beers and a few wines. When it came to settling the bill we where shocked with just how affordable this random lunch stop cost.

I highly recommend stopping in.

We had lunch with some friends at Lake Breeze this afternoon, and we couldn’t be any more happier with the quality of food, service and value. Weather was also very nice, and staff were very accommodating to finding us an outdoor table to enjoy the sunshine, and enjoy the looking over the vineyard. If you are looking for a lovely destination for lunch very reasonably priced, Lake breeze will definitely not disappoint.

Delicious lemon grass pork salad with a glass of 2020 Cabinet Sauvignon. Amazing location overlooking the vines. Great friendly service!
Worth the drive to experience a beautiful part of South Australia.

Truly enjoyed the lunch here. Did not do a wine tasting but had a glass of rosé. Staff were very friendly & patient. Kudos to the chef for an exquisite meal. Presentation & taste were both spot on. Highly recommended for a lunch stop here.

A local we met in Goolwa told us that we had to have lunch at Lake Breeze winery and try their Arthur's Reserve wine. They did not disappoint. We were most impressed with the quality of the food, the beautiful outlook of the winery, and their wines. They had some highly rated wines by James Halliday including Best Value Wines (or something along those lines) Several of the wines were extremely good quality and we will be ordering them again. There is also a B&B onsite so it would be a lovely spot. They have a music festival each year - this year's is in November including the Hilltop Hoods and the Ruebens - great music

Stunning venue, beautiful wines (both traditional styles & lesser known varieties) that are expressive of the region. Tillie knew her stuff & facilitated a wonderful tasting experience. Will definitely be back.

A beautiful winery where we were welcomed with joy and enthusiasm. Dined on the balcony (perfect) and enjoyed an excellent lunch and great wines served by lovely staff. Excellent place for an idyllic country experience and taste some of the best wines from South Australia. Very relaxing and beautiful place, modern, clean and inviting. Service was also excellent and friendly. And the wine was excellent of course. I will have to go back to try some more.

Newly crowned “Best Value Winery” in the Halliday guide - and it shows. Delicious wines at $20-30. Beautiful location with a good food selection at the atmospheric cellar door. Highly recommend.

Incredible food! From the arancini to the seafood, pork belly and deserts - everything was amazing.
