Marandoo Estate Homestead

Four days during the week with our family of eighteen, including nine teenagers and a four year old at Marandoo were a wonderful experience. Both houses were spotlessly presented and and well provided. The covered outdoor area was an ideal space for our gatherings. The gardens were very large and tidy providing ample play space. This is a place where it is possible to feel comfortable and relax. We would love to come back. We found the management extremely helpful and very accommodating

Nice country location with beautiful landscaping. 9 bedrooms with all required amenities and very clean & comfortable. Definitely recommended for big families or friend groups. We really enjoyed our stay and will visit again soon.

The township of Strathalbyn is quaint and has lots to offer.

An excellent venue, plenty of space, reasonably priced, beautiful surrounds and close to a range of day trip locations. Definitely looking forward to a return visit.

The Homestead is like a remote concentration camp - a long way from town on muddy dirt roads and plastered everywhere with copious rules (in addition to several pages of rules sent before you get there). These even cover how you need to lie on the beds, how you can use the cutlery and lengthy instructions for a range of activities that need to be taken before you leave!

If you want a relaxing holiday near to the Langhorne Creek attractions, this isn't the best choice.

Very spacious house. Terrible management. The land lord will try cheap / silly excuses to claim your deposit amount. Unbelievable...
