A delightful chocolate shop, indeed. Nice place to stop for a coffee too. The coffee is very good. And, there’s a nice little outside spot to sit. Plus, you get an excellent little free chocolate too and the manager and staff are lovely. Great place. Can’t beat it.

Fantastic service and was made welcome when walked in. Choclates are fantastic tasting from white through milk and to dark. One might thonk that the price may be a bit on the pricey side, however you vet what you pay for. Very inpressed with the selection of items present. Coffee is great tasting. Even thoough the shop is a little small with public parking it is really worth to attend.

I come here regularly to get coffee.
Regardless of who is working there they always make a great coffee and give you a mini chocolate or chocolate piece to go with it.
Also occasionally buy their chocolate which is also fantastic!
They give a good discount for your own cup which is nice too.

Good quality chocolates. Their products taste like real chocolate rather than just sweet confectionary, and they have a huge variety of options available. Their iso bear is a chocolate bear with a mask which is hilarious and it’s nice to have this sort of levity during these crazy times. The service is excellent over the phone. Bruce was friendly and helpful so we could order the chocolates we wanted and know when to expect the delivery, and their online service is full of delicious options and a variety of gift boxes and hampers that you could have delivered to friends or family to brighten their days. Good product, great service, and very easy which is what we need right now.

I placed an online order of an individually chosen assortment of chocolates and jellies on Sunday night and the chocolates arrived in country Victoria Wednesday morning. Absolutely amazing. These are my husband's favourite chocolates, we are down currently celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary in Melbourne. I reached out to them this morning to see if I could have them delivered to our room today as I had forgotten to arrange it previously. Bruce was more than helpful. Thanks for the smash cake, Chocilo. Our 2 year old LOVED IT! We had cheers of encouragement from cousins and grandparents as Parker smashed through the delicious chocolate. We gave the kids empty lolly bags before the smash - as soon as the cake was smashed, hands went everywhere as the kids grabbed lollies and chocolate to fill their bags. Smash cakes requested for all future birthdays!

An excellent selection of chocolates; coffee (which I did not sample 😞) and very helpful and friendly staff. It was quite busy during my time there. Parking was very easy.

A perfect experience!

We went in here to get some hot chocolate as a birthday treat. The lady working in the shop was welcoming, knowledgeable and obviously very passionate about chocolate. Needless to say that the Italian hot chocolate was an absolutely decadent delight, and the box of chocolates we bought was phenomenal too. Standouts were the berry ganache and peanut butter truffle. Will definitely be back soon!

Can't thank the team enough for making my daughter a smash cake with only 24 hours notice. The smash cake was amazing and my daughter had such a fun time smashing it. Thank you so much and I've already ordered another for my son.
