Fantastic service and really excellent help. I was looking for specific fitting to resecure a safety wire on a staircase. Having traced Better Hardware, I called them - explained to a fellow called Greg what I was looking for and agreed to send a photo of the required item. He called back within 5 minutes and told me it was in stock.
Today I went to buy the item and was assisted by Tim Wilson who took a lot of care to explain the mechanics of this item and the fact that it was not a simple installation. It needs a special tool since the way to secure the fixing retaining screw in the staircase metal upright needed a special left handed thread 'gadget'. And such 'gadget' is $200 and then I'm thinking it might be beyond a simple homeowner's skill levels.
After a detailed debate, Tim suggested a solution which might work in tracing an experienced tradie. to handle the installation.
I simply cannot thank Tim enough - his patience and guidance and effort was superb

After a couple of quotes to do some balustrading on my deck I decided to do it myself. Website was most informative, and meant I could figure out everything I needed. Went to buy it, and spent an hour with Tim confirming everything I had learnt, showing me how to use the tools and which measurements to use etc. I feel confident and am thankful to find a very helpful website and a friendly, knowledgeable person in Tim. Tim was awesome and very knowledgeable. I wanted the stainless steel brackets for my timber handrail and after travelling across town to his shop, the correct brackets were out of stock but Tim posted them direct from the supplier in QLD and arrived the following day at my office.

Good old fashioned service good old fashioned advice great product delivered by a very knowledgeable guy called Tim this fellow and his company has got it down-pat he was all over what I required and all over problem solving on the spot. The bigger companies never had it,( that's not the product ) thats good old fashioned service I found with bigger companies you may talk or get put through to several people after the exhausting 6th time without a result because that person( you need to speak to) is at lunch or got the day off also delivery came on time regards Mark Wilden

FANTASTIC SERVICE.
A small outlet that supplies are range of espalier items, decorative panels, fasteners and stainless steel wire in rolls or cut to size.
I got 3 X 4500mm x 3.2mm thick wire with screwed swag fittings.
The order was accidentally completed on the system and when I picked it up the next day it wasn't there.
Realising the order wasn't done they completed the order and personally delivered it the same day.
I'm very satisfied with the product and service.
