Best Chinese restaurant. I love their food and the people. You should try their lemon chicken and the fried rice. You should also try their home made sing Tao roll and sui mai. They do it fresh all the time and tastes so great. If your around the area and craving for Chinese food please do visit this restaurant. They are also one of the oldest Chinese restaurant in Melbourne established 40-45 years back.

Went for a catch up with friends. The food was tasty and served quickly. Not too noisy, but there was hardly anybody else there. It deserts more customers

Amazing Chinese food and service. Really fresh and tasty- no msg and best ingredients. We’ve eaten in for great service and also have takeaway. The decor is old school and a bit of fun!
You must order the crispy fried pork on a Saturday or Sunday night. It’s a cult classic with the hot sweet spicy apple sauce- totally drool-worthy!!

Love the food here. Friendly family run business with great atmosphere. Big menu, certainly something on it for everyone - and they customise if you have any food intolerances. Recommend giving them a go.

I used to come here as a kid over 30 years ago and now I bring my own children here. Consistently awesome food brought to you by awesome staff.

My favorite is the Peking duck entree, hot and sour soup and beef in XO Sauce.

Fantastic food and really friendly service.

We had vegetarian rolls, chicken satay and butterflied prawns for entree, beef and chicken dishes for main. All so good so we doggy bagged the leftovers.

We will definitely be going back. They do take out too.

I have been eating at the Sing Tao for 40 years. I remember going there as a kid with mum or dad to pick up take aways. We had to bring our own saucepans for them to put the food in, these were the days before take away containers. You could say they were one of the first doing take away in Melbourne.
I still eat there regularly including my 50th birthday dinner last month. The food has always been exceptional, well priced and fantastic service. Nothing is too much trouble and special requests have always been met. Jason is the consumate host. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

The food is every bit as good as Flowerdrum without the price tag ,
I am Old enough to remember , oh so many years ago when they expanded
from one shop to two . I believe I first attended Sing Tao as a child ,

Great food, good service, comes out very quickly. Menu has changed recently and gotten better. Damn the lemon chicken is good!
